Position Overview:
In this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality leader who is highly skilled in food safety, food quality, and good manufacturing practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage initiatives that ensure product safety, uniformity, and quality across all dietary supplement and nutrition manufacturing operations.
- Direct Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions, including team oversight and process management.

The ideal Industrial Automation Engineer is experienced in the design, build, implementation and sustaining of automated production equipment. This position will own the design of the supervisory control and communications for our subsurface compression system. Throughout the product development process, the Industrial Automation Engineer will maintain the design and configuration of system controls, while making improvements as needed to address safety, reliability and operational efficiency.

About the Role
This is a technical leadership position where you'll independently execute complex C&I renewable energy designs—solar PV, BESS, hybrid/off-grid systems, and power distribution. You'll serve as the project-level technical lead, coordinating with project management, estimating, procurement, construction, and field teams.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing construction-ready design packages for solar, BESS, and hybrid systems
- Performing advanced engineering calculations (voltage drop, fault current, conductor sizing, load flow)
