Client is seeking Harness Technicians – Level 2 & 3 – to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Gilbert, AZ supporting Manufacturing. This is a 2nd Shift Position. Working Hours are 3:00pm – 12:30am on a 9/80 schedule.

This position entails the fabrication and assembly of complex Space flight cable and harnesses assemblies from drawings, schematics, wire lists, or engineering sketches in conformance with government specifications and workmanship standards. Assembly is performed in a professional atmosphere in an ESD and FOD awareness area. Regular use of soldering iron, tweezers, heat guns, and other common hand tools.
Candidates will complete a Hands-On Skills Assessment, demonstrating technical proficiency to perform required job duties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Obtain all necessary information to perform job assignments and report any discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to perform point-to-point assembly, where assemblies and subassemblies require wiring and soldering of large masses of wires in confined spaces.
• Following appropriate wiring diagram, perform wiring using harness boards, tie-in cables and harnesses.
• Perform electrical/electronic and mechanical assembly tasks working alone or as a member of an assembly team as assigned.
• Lay out and construct harness boards to assemble and form wiring and cables for a wide variety of electrical/electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Mix and apply bonding components and encapsulate.
• Use and operate a broad range of hand tools and assembly equipment to perform tasks.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Basic Qualifications for Level 2 Harness Technician:
• High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 3 additional years of education and/or relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production or logistics.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
• Must be capable of successfully completing Certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 (Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and NASA-J-STD.
• Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams.
Basic Qualifications for Level 3 Harness Technician:
• High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 6 additional years of education and/or relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production or logistics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
• Must be capable of successfully completing certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 (Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and NASA-J-STD.
• Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Exceptional mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) and Crimping Experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate from Technical Trade School
• Current certification to IPC WHMA-A-620, NASA-J-STD; or other certifications in electronics assembly and workmanship.
• Experience with MES applications including workflow, signoff and documentation.
Director of Estimating - Electrical Civil & Commercial
We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Director of Estimating the San Diego office. This position requires a strategic leader with technical estimating and vendor management experience to include risk management in Electrical.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills building relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers and subcontractors
- Develop, train, mentor and motivate team members
- Continue to develop relationships with new and current clients
- Attend Construction Trade Meeting regularly including after-hour outings
- Timely and accurate development of bids and proposals for management
- Strong knowledge of anticipated construction problems with solutions to minimize cost and mitigate risk
- Responsible for understanding the financial components inclusive of cost controls measures, delivery margins, and reporting
- Apply proper analysis to plan and modify estimates to account for labor, materials, equipment costs, project circumstances and environment and schedules
- Responsible for coordinating, managing, supervising, and producing estimates
- Coordinate the assembly of bid proposals using Accubid
- Responsible for creating the scope letter, which is thorough, accurate, and clearly written
- Ability to be able to present the proposal to client
- Ability to attend and lead a turnover meeting with Project Managers and staff as well as a “Lessons Learned Meeting”
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management
- Some travel is required to customers’ location and jobsites
Qualifications and Education
- Four-year degree desired
- Background as an electrician is a plus
- 10 years plus experience as an Estimator in Electrical Civil & Commercial Construction
- Proven experience of electrical estimating on small and large design build projects, commercial and industrial to include estimates for instrumental controls associated with industrial, water treatment plants, pump, and lift stations projects
- Ability to read plans, specifications, Electrical Code books, read and comprehend project, drawings, specifications, and request for proposals
- Requires a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Experience working with Accubid, Line Count, Microsoft Office 365 in addition to learning other software tools
- Working knowledge of Bid Tracer, a plus
- Work extended hours as necessary to complete tasks
- Ability to walk and stand for an extended period (1-5 hours) which may also require sitting, squatting, going up and down stairs and ladders

- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong diagnostic abilities across hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of Versalift equipment or similar aerial lift products is a plus.
- Comfortable working solo in the field, managing time and service priorities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated service area.

About the Role
Copperline Electric is a fast-growing electrical contractor based in Tampa, FL, committed to building a best-in-class safety program as we scale.
We’re seeking a talented and driven Safety Director to lead and build Copperline’s safety infrastructure from the ground up—someone who can think strategically and operate tactically, developing the vision while also implementing the programs that support our teams in the field. You’ll partner closely with Ownership, Human Resources, and Operations Leadership, with the support of a dedicated Safety Manager leading field training and inspections.

What You'll Own
- Building and scaling a practical, field-ready safety program that supports how our teams actually work
- Driving measurable improvements in safety performance through clear KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading incident response and resolution—from investigation and root cause analysis through corrective action and communication
- Creating and maintaining audit-ready systems, documentation, and records that stand up to regulatory review
- Equipping the field with effective, consistent training and jobsite support that reinforces expectations and reduces risk
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of progressive safety leadership experience within construction or electrical contracting
- Demonstrated success building, scaling, or significantly enhancing safety programs
- Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations with the ability to translate requirements into practical, field-ready solutions
- Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to operate as a pragmatic partner to operations, balancing safety standards with project realities while maintaining credibility and productive relationships
- Well-developed administrative and program development capabilities, including policy creation, communications, and documentation; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- High level of organization with disciplined data and records management practices
- Capable of managing multiple concurrent priorities, including safety initiatives, incident response, compliance oversight, training programs, and project-related demands
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and ability to travel statewide as required
Travel
- Up to 60% travel across Florida
- Tampa Bay, Orlando, Southwest & Southeast Florida coverage
- Day travel + occasional overnight stays
Certifications
- Required: OSHA 500 & CPR/First Aid Instructor
- Highly Preferred: CESCP, CSP, CHST, ESS, or similar credentials

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance & repairs on all plant equipment.
The Technician will work an 8.5-hour shift schedule, Monday - Friday and will participate in a rotating weekly “on call” duties with the maintenance staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the use & tracking of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment utilized in repairs and maintenance.
Responsible for housekeeping in areas assigned plus areas needed.
Responsible for interfacing with CMMS computerized maintenance management systems for PMs, Work Orders, Inventory, Purchasing.
Have a good working knowledge of pumps, valves, centrifuges, conveyors, rolling stock, plant air & hydraulics, and grain handling equipment.
Responsible for adhering to Plant Safety Programs including Safe Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Hot Works and Line Break permits.
Responsible for following company Personal Protection Equipment requirements including Head, eye, ear, hand and Fall protection.
Complete all safety training requirements as scheduled.
Key participant and contributor to our schedule plant maintenance outages.
Rolling Stock equipment: Pay Loader, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Forklifts.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a two-year degree from a technical/vocational school or equivalent training or 3 years work experience in a technical or related maintenance field.
Must have the ability to work effectively with CMMS programs.
Maintenance background includes welding, electrical and mechanical repairs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficiency with basic office software.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to working near moving mechanical parts.
The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; must be able to climb ladders and work in high, precarious places; and in all outdoor weather conditions.
The employee may be occasionally exposed to high noise environments.
