About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to work closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in overseeing and managing the construction of unique, high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion. In this role, you will help ensure smooth project operations by overseeing project documentation and information distribution while actively supporting the project team to ensure quality and timely execution from design through closeout.
This role is ideal for a self-driven and collaborative individual who excels in communication, has strong attention to detail, and is highly organized with excellent multitasking skills. Success in this role requires the ability to address challenges as they arise while maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and balancing competing priorities across multiple jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of and manage the organization and distribution of project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and related construction documents
- Assist in developing scopes of work for subcontractors and issue subcontracts
- Manage subcontractor documentation and compliance requirements
- Produce, organize, maintain, and distribute project and photo documentation
- Assist with tracking project costs and supporting the preparation and management of change orders
- Organize the acquisition and management of materials inventory. Assist in ordering materials and equipment. Ensure that orders are placed on time and are delivered to the site according to the project schedule
- Support with developing the project schedule
- Support with preparing financial reports
- Compile and distribute OAC meeting notes, run OAC meetings when needed
- Coordinate and organize the compilation of project closeout manuals, warranties, and lien releases
- Participate in on-site quality control inspections to help prevent mistakes and omissions
- Perform additional tasks as directed
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent industry experience
- 3-4 years of construction or related project engineering roles, preferably in high-end residential construction
- Good understanding of construction processes and materials, with an interest in learning more
- Ability to read and interpret all construction drawings, including shop drawings for cabinets, steel, doors, and windows
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a larger project team
- Flexibility to adjust and realign when project priorities change
- Excellent oral/written communication and analytical skills
- Experience with construction management software.(Autodesk Build, Procore, CoConstruct, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite, Excel, Word, DocuSign, Dropbox, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, MS Project

Core Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and tailored solution presentations.
- Lead with ROI and consultative value: position Martindale-Avvo Leads’s advertising digital marketing products in a way that connects to firm-specific growth goals.
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Master pipeline management: maintain disciplined activity, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Leverage data-driven insights: use metrics, reporting, and market trends to target opportunities and improve client outcomes.
- Negotiate with confidence: handle objections, present competitive differentiation, and close deals at or above minimum pricing thresholds.
- Act as a peer leader: model sales excellence, share best practices and mentor new hire Account Executives.
- Adapt and thrive through change: embrace new sales tools, evolving buyer behaviors, and product launches with agility and resilience.
- Accurate(+/- 5%) weekly forecasting
- Proficient in a sales methodology (BANT, MEDDPIC, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
- Preferred 2-3+ years of B2B inside sales experience, including 2–3+ years of closing experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business pain points, articulate ROI, and deliver compelling solution presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a short-to-medium sales cycle (2–4 weeks) while maintaining high activity levels.
- Proven success in new business acquisition — cold calling, objection handling, pipeline creation, and disciplined follow-up.
- Technical proficiency:
- Fluency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) - building reports, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and pulling insights for decision-making.
- Strong working knowledge of Outreach or other sales engagement tools.
- Comfort with Google Suite and other productivity platforms.
- Excellent communication skills: professional verbal presence, confident presentations and on-video demos, and polished written follow-up.
- High resilience and growth mindset - competitive, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or SMB marketplaces preferred.
- Experience with sales or involvement in the Legal Industry also preferred.

Position Summary
Facilities Technicians work both inside and outside to build, install, test, and repair telecommunication and broadband services for residential and commercial customers. Candidates need to be comfortable with the primary responsibilities and qualifications listed below. If you feel you are a close fit, but have weaknesses, please list them.
Key Responsibilities
Primary
- Installation of Fiber and Coax Internet, Voice, and Streaming TV services.
- Installation of aerial or underground fiber, copper, and coax drops.
- Place aerial or underground coax and fiber cable.
- Educate customers on use of services.
- Analyze quality and determine acceptability of services delivered upon completion of installation.
- On call during scheduled time periods, and respond to calls as needed.
- Operate and maintain assigned vehicle in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure vehicle is stocked with necessary equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines.
- Accurately completes required paperwork and documentation associated with each job assignment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on network specifics, configurations, and changes.
- Work closely with other technical teams (e.g., technical support, dispatch, central office, engineering, customer service/sales, and management) to align network infrastructure with business needs. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in networking.
Secondary
- Performing fiber splicing.
- Construction work such as placing cable, installing conduit, and working in open excavations.
- Work with heavy duty power equipment as well as small tools in the installation, repair and maintenance of outside plant.

Qualifications
Education
- High-school diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and non-negligent driving record.
- NCTI/Jones, TIA, WA state low voltage license, or relevant industry certifications a plus.
- Current first aid, CPR, or Flagger training a plus.
Requirements
- Ability to frequently move/lift 75lbs.
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, manholes and other similar places.
- Ability to climb poles, ladders, and to be comfortable working aloft with hand tools.
- Must be able to work overtime and holidays as service conditions require.
- Ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screening.
Experience
- Technical training in fiber installation, copper installation, or similar field.
- At least 1 year experience as an Outside Plant Technician or Installer.
- Hands-on experience with modems, routers, and other network devices.
Skills
- Comfortable using computers including hand-held models to update work status and check new assignments.
- Demonstrable understanding of technology trends in the digital infrastructure sector and applying such technology to address customer needs and pain points.
- A scrappy, nimble, innovative, and hands-on contributor who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to accomplish goals and has passion for competing and winning against larger players in the market.
