Akkodis is seeking a Account Manager, Equipment Planners for a Fulltime position with a client located in Bethlehem, PA.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000/ Year(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
Title: Account Manager, Equipment Planners
Location: Bethlehem, PA (remote)
Work Experience: 3+ years of experience consulting with, or working at, equipment planning firm, working in hospital supply chain, facilities management or capital projects or selling to hospitals.
The primary purpose of this role is to own the business relationship at assigned equipment planning firms and expand our presence and influence within the equipment planning community. This position will be assigned equipment planners (EQP), more national in scope and presence, to learn firsthand, the educational and material requirements of the firms. This knowledge will be put to use to develop content, tools and best practices to support equipment planner development on a broader scale. This position is responsible for training sales on best practices in working with equipment planners and liaising with sales on projects being developed at their EQP.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the business relationship at each assigned U.S. HC Equipment Planning (EQP) firm
- Drive as the specified solution on master specs at each respective EQP firm
- Identify sales opportunities at assigned EQP firms and involve respective local sales representative to close the opportunity
- Work with sales to track specification penetration at all Equipment Planning firms (EQP) by product category
- Update EQP product databases, identify opportunities to promote within these (Attania, 4Tower, other)
- Train/support territory sales personnel on best practice in engaging & presenting to EQP firms
- Further define the needs and drive development to successfully fulfill EQP program
- Additional key activities include:
- New product introductions
- Deliver required tools to EQP firms (REVIT, PIM, Configurator, Builder Tools etc.)
- Identify, track and support all projects at the EQP and liaison with the local salesperson to manage and work the project
- Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functional area of department.
- Guides work of others who perform essentially the same work. May organize, set priorities, schedule and review work, but has no responsibility to hire, terminate, review performance, or make pay decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result;
2. Maintain records that demonstrate that proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient specimens;
3. Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures (see department SOPs).
4. Review and release test results.
5. Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines as described in their respective guidelines.
6. Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and all maintenance performed;
7. Follow the laboratory's established policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory's established acceptable levels of performance.
8. Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results, correct the problems encountered or immediately notify the senior technologist or supervisor.
9. Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.
10. Follow department's procedure in reporting STATS or Critical results to clients.
11. If applicable, answer questions from customers or other lab personnel.
12. Maintain complete records of all testing performed on-site.
13. Maintain general appearance of the department.
14. Make sure reagents/test kits have received dates, expiration dates, and if applicable opened dates. 15. Review/train on new procedures.
16. Attend monthly department and any additional training/educational meetings.
17. Participate in all applicable safety training sessions. Know the location and contents of the safety manual. Know the location/use of all applicable safety equipment.
18. If needed, participate in government or regulatory agency inspections.
19. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
Required Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic laboratory testing is required for this position. The successful candidate must possess good computer skills and be able to adapt to working in multiple computer systems. Must have knowledge of QC and QA as well as knowledge of all areas of the laboratory.
Education:
BS in Medical Technology preferred; or BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology, or Associates degree in a Laboratory Science or Medical Technology, or Previously qualified as a Technologist under 42 CFR 493. 1433 published in March 14, 1990. Foreign educated candidates must provide a detailed credential evaluation from IERF (International Education Research Foundation). United States educated candidates must provide a detailed original transcript. A successful candidate should possess or be eligible for national certification as an MT / MLT from a recognized organization (ASCP or AMT).
Work Experience:
1 year Clinical experience (high complexity testing) preferred. Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience in highly complex testing for those with BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology. National and State licensure as required.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Ambience’s Inpatient and Emergency Department revenue cycle products, you’ll define how we tell the story of Ambience’s impact on documentation quality, utilization, and revenue integrity at the health system level. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear value for clinicians, revenue cycle teams, and hospital executives — ensuring that our innovation connects to measurable operational outcomes.
This role sits within Product Marketing and works closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Transformation and the full marketing XFN. Together, you’ll connect product strategy, messaging, and commercial execution across the full go-to-market motion.
This role is New York or San Francisco preferred; Remote-friendly if not based in NY.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop positioning and messaging for Ambience’s inpatient and ED documentation and revenue cycle solutions, articulating differentiated impact across clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new capabilities and specialty expansions, ensuring alignment and preparation across Product, Sales, Care Transformation and all XFN marketing functions.
- Partner with Product and teams across the company to bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and field feedback into roadmap and strategy discussions.
- Work with Sales enablement and leadership to translate PMM narratives into sales-aligned campaigns, account plays, and materials that deepen engagement across enterprise health systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate live-site data and product pilot results into quantified proof points and executive-ready collateral.
- Collaborate with content, design and creative partners to inform and produce high-quality materials — setting the brief and differentiated narrative direction to bring our products to life.
- Work across marketing to equip all external functions with clear, differentiated messaging frameworks, customer stories, and ROI narratives that strengthen Ambience’s leadership position.

- Strategy: You’re adept at synthesizing signals from the market, product data, and field feedback into a clear, actionable point of view.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You excel at aligning multiple stakeholders — Product, Data, Research, Design, Brand, and Sales — around a shared goal and driving momentum to deliver.
- Experience: 5–8 years in high-performing product marketing or adjacent strategic roles within fast-paced, scaling B2B technology environments. Healthcare or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus, but not required.

- Experience marketing to hospitals, health systems, or payer-provider networks
- Familiarity with EHR workflows, clinical documentation, CDI/Coding, or hospital revenue cycle processes

Pay Transparency
We offer a base compensation range of approximately $200,000–$250,000 USD per year, exclusive of equity. This intentionally broad range provides flexibility for candidates to tailor their cash and equity mix based on individual preferences.
