As a Senior Traffic Engineer at Sebago, you will:
- Lead traffic engineering projects through planning, analysis, and implementation. Mentor project staff on technical aspects of the projects.
- Oversee the development of traffic studies and permitting for both internal and external projects.
- Assist team staff with proposal efforts, presentations, client development, and management.
- Maintain relationships with clients and agencies and ensure project schedules and budget.
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction drawings using industry standard guidelines.
- Analyze traffic data, including but not limited to, traffic volumes, crash data, active transportation user data, etc. Perform intersection and roadway analysis utilizing Synchro and SimTraffic
- Monitor existing signal systems. Sebago Technics has an in-house Traffic Monitoring Center where we provide on-call services to municipalities in Maine for the management of their systems.
- Oversee construction administration for traffic signal design projects.
- Lead meetings and presentations for projects.

The Project Manager- Interiors directs multiple projects, impacts revenue and growth, and is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing project teams and resourcing. The position ensures that the work process flows are smooth, and the execution of interior architectural projects runs efficiently. The Project Manager is the primary liaison between the principal, the team, and the client. Team building and motivation are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for the client
- Successfully represents the client's goals and needs of the team and the firm's requirements to the client, building and strengthening connections through a comprehensive understanding of the project goals, needs, and progress
- Consults with the client to determine function and spatial requirements and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time
- Keeps the client apprised of project progress regularly, liaising with other project parties for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues

- 10+ years of experience in interior architectural practice with management experience in all project phases
- Proficient technical expertise in MS Office, Adobe Suite, DesignSmart, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other design tools
- Revit experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and architectural building systems

You will be an Assembler for the Camden Operations team. The Role
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Major Responsibilities- Design and build store product displays per the department manager in each department.
- Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
- Work with the inventory control specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

As a Power Platform Developer and Knowledge Management Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and intuitive solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform leveraging SharePoint and other data sources.
Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Power Platform solutions
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes to develop modular, scalable and reusable Power Automate flows.
- Develop Power Apps and Portals (now called Power Pages) using the Power Platform, incorporating intuitive user interfaces and responsive designs.

January AI is seeking a strategic, visionary, and execution-driven Vice President of Product to lead our product organization during a period of rapid growth and innovation. Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Product will own and evolve our product roadmap across mobile, web, AI-driven insights, and clinical-grade health features. Key Responsibilities
