Valco Melton, a world leader in adhesive application, fluid handling, and quality assurance systems, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Technical Communications team at our world headquarters in Cincinnati.
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing both e-learning and in-person learning modules for internal and external customers. Internally, these modules will be used to improve training quality for our technical personnel. Externally, these resources perform a critical role in the acceptance and proper use of Valco Melton’s equipment at customer sites.
The Instructional Designer will be the sole developer of these learning modules but will have robust support from the Engineering and Service teams. Specific Responsibilities:

- Adobe Illustrator (Intermediate):

About the Job:
The primary responsibility is to assist in creating art, graphics and trims for all men’s product categories.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
• Design and illustrate original art across all categories
• Be graphically versatile and create work in different styles as needed.
• Design cohesive graphic stories for each delivery and category and creates multiple options.
• Have basic understanding of Tech packs, print techniques and applications for apparel production.
• Prepare artwork for production: scaling, color callouts and sending to vendors.
• Uses Photoshop and Illustrator to create and setup artwork.
• Be a point person for a category. Take ownership of all the art and work with Designer and
Director to design and pass off to PD.
• Responsible for strike off comments and review with Designers, Merchants and Production.
• Develop trend reports and mood boards and know what’s relevant in the Men’s market.
• Reports to our Designer and assists in everyday tasks such as artwork submissions/updates in
license portals, etc.
• Present artwork and ideas in large meetings.
• Balance multiple projects with time management while being very organized to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, humble, have good work ethic and a team player
What it takes to Join:
• 1-3 years’ experience in graphic design in the apparel industry, focused on men’s market.
• BFA or BA or other design related degree such as Fine Arts
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac platform
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Illustration, painting and drawing.
• Knowledge in textile and pattern making a plus but not required.

RKMB, LLC is seeking a Sr Designer to lead contemporary RTW and denim design across House of Harlow 1960 and Torn by Ronny Kobo.
We are looking for a highly creative, commercially minded designer with a strong knitwear background and a refined contemporary aesthetic. This role requires someone who can translate emerging trends into elevated, collection-driven product while balancing innovation, cost, and brand integrity.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full product lifecycle — from concept through production — in close partnership with cross-functional teams and overseas factories.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design for women’s contemporary ready-to-wear, fully fashioned knitwear, and denim categories, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept through final production
- Drive seasonal concept development, R&D, sourcing, and technical execution
- Manage and mentor the design team and technical designer
- Research and forecast emerging trends, identifying new product and business opportunities
- Shop the marketplace for inspiration and competitive analysis
- Source yarns and fabrics; manage sample material development and approvals
- Present seasonal concepts and development progress to leadership throughout the design cycle
- Build and merchandise seasonal line plans; evolve best-selling styles to align with business goals

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Digital hand-sketching proficiency (Procreate or similar) a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
