Position Summary

The Associate Designer will support the development of children’s sleepwear and intimates across both in-house and licensed brands. This role requires strong CAD Design skills, creativity in developing original artwork and prints for children’s apparel, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively under the supervision of the Design Director.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of children’s sleepwear and intimates collections (infant through big kids)
  • Create original artwork and print patterns appropriate for children’s apparel (animals, florals, vehicles, novelty graphics, etc.)
  • Develop flats and CADs using Adobe Illustrator
  • Prepare artwork files for production, color, size and technical adjustments
  • Support the design process from concept through production approval
  • Assist with lab dip, strike-off, and sample approvals
  • Maintain organized artwork, design files, and development records
  • Conduct basic trend and market research relevant to the children’s sleepwear category
  • Support both in-house and licensed brands (not character / entertainment) within the children’s division
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and merchandising


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in children’s apparel design or design support
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Mac environment)

Role Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to help shape what Kiln looks and feels like as we grow. This role sits at the intersection of space design, workplace design, and experience design. You will help create environments that influence how people work, connect, and move through a space.


You will work closely with our Creative Director as part of a small, in-house design team responsible for bringing new Kiln locations to life. From early concepts through final installation, your work will contribute to thoughtfully designed environments that support productivity, community, and hospitality. The Role:

This is both a technical and creative role for a designer who is equally comfortable producing detailed drawing packages and developing design concepts.


You will contribute to the space design, workplace design, and experience design of new Kiln locations while helping evolve the design language of the brand.


This includes space planning, test-fitting new sites, collaborating with architectural partners, and helping deliver environments that feel cohesive, layered, and intentional.

Role Summary

The Telecommunications Designer / RCDD is responsible for estimating, designing, and managing the installation of large low-voltage systems for commercial projects. This includes structured cabling, fiber optics, access control, and video surveillance. The role requires hands-on experience in low-voltage system design, accurate material and labor estimation, project coordination, and ensuring compliance with industry and building standards. The position blends technical expertise with project management, communication, and vendor coordination.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform site surveys to understand project sites and customer solutions.
  • Develop accurate bill of materials and obtain pricing to provide cabling solutions.
  • Acquire project documents, perform take-offs, review specifications, and estimate materials and labor accurately.
  • Price materials with vendors, secure pricing from sub-contractors when applicable, and prepare a complete estimate and scope of work using company software.
  • Prepare and type detailed cost proposals with scope of work.
  • Manage awarded projects and coordinate with project foremen throughout installation.
  • Prepare and submit post-installation as-builts and submittals.


Qualifications

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience estimating large low-voltage systems including structured cabling, fiber optics, access control, and video surveillance.
  • Must have RCDD or equivalent accreditation or experience.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, electrical codes, communication standards, and installation best practices.
  • Ability to read blueprints, notes, and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.
