Key Responsibilities

• Open a variety of accounts, verifies and processes changes to existing accounts, answers customer questions, and resolves related account problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Follows the guidelines of the continuity program with all new bank customers.

The Lead Teller maintains an accurate record of all cash exchanges and balancing of the vault to include ordering and tracking required levels of cash and orders of cash from the Federal Reserve Bank. They are responsible for timely completion of branch certification, serves as role model for new staff, right-hand for branch manager, and provides direction on the teller line and approval or over-ride authority for transaction and cash disbursement.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Underground Utilities Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training programs that support underground utility construction operations. With extensive field experience, the trainer provides instruction on plan interpretation, excavation methods, installation techniques, and coordination between project teams to improve field execution and construction quality. This role works closely with operations and project teams to align training with active project scopes and field conditions. Safety principles are incorporated into technical instruction as part of proper planning, coordination, and execution. This position is an individual contributor role and requires travel to support training across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Training Delivery:

1. · Develop and deliver technical training programs for underground utility construction personnel.
2. · Provide instruction on interpreting construction plans, profiles, elevations, quantities, and specifications.
3. · Train employees on shallow trench, micro-trench, and deep cut excavation methods.
4. · Instruct on conduit installation, vault and handhole placement, backfill, compaction, and restoration requirements.
5. · Teach proper equipment application and limitations related to underground utility construction.

1. · Coordinate with operations, and project management to align training with current project scopes and construction sequencing.
2. · Support alignment between design intent and field execution through technical instruction.

Our Inventory Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager with inventory control as it relates to finished inventory units being pulled for outbound deliveries.

Your role in caring for our company:

Pay Range: $148 - $150/day, depending on experience

Rate Frequency: Daily

Schedule: Monday Friday. Routes will service the Sumter, Manning, and Kingstree SC areas. 5:30am - 6:30am start time until completion of the route. Potential interview will be conducted at our Marion, SC facility.

The Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products in a way that will attract the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. This position services and maintains multiple Convenience Retail, Drug and Value accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. Ability to follow plan sets, planograms and communicate to store management and cross-functional personnel.

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Physically moves product from sales floor to cold vault and displays. Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf where permitted. Rotates product.

• Fills and merchandises coolers within outlet as well as any displays on sales floor.

• Organizes and maintains back room cooler by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty shells, damaged and out of date product for driver pick up, and disposing of any cardboard and plastic.

• Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities and upcoming activities discussions.

• Must have effective communication skills which include listening, speaking and writing.

• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.

• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively to satisfy needs of a variety of customers with differing demands and expectations.

• Willingness to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).

• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.

• Critical thinking skills.

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid instate driver's license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at no less than 50,000 per person/100,000 accident insurance per occurrence/50,000 property damage and 500 or less deductible effective from first day of employment

Work environment will vary, including but not limited to exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled

What will you do?

• Verify and accept funds from drop and count staff
• Prepare cashier moneybags for upcoming shifts and balance all proceeds on table at end of shift
• Deliver cash draws of money to cage supervisors as needed
• Maintain an accurate cash balance and prepare daily bank deposits
• Train team members on proper procedures and ensure that all state, company, and departmental regulations are being followed at all times

More about you

• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash handling required
• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Intermediate computer skills including routine data input and record keeping

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
