Job Overview 

Mondo Media Solutions (MMS) is seeking a highly skilled Audio Video Field Installation Engineer to join our team. We specialize in full-service installations of audio, video, Theatrical lighting, access control, and surveillance systems for commercial applications. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this role offers both full-time and contract opportunities. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial audio/video systems, including conference rooms, access control, and security camera systems. 
• Install projection systems, wiring, termination A/V systems, loudspeakers, cameras, and displays. 
• Troubleshooting basic network routers and switches. 
• Engage in DSP programming, particularly with Q-SYS, 
• Install and Troubleshoot conference room setups and equipment. 
• Fabricate racks, pull and dress cables, and manage cable terminations. 
• Provide friendly customer service during installation and servicing tasks. 
• Updating onsite installation software throughout the day. 

Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial A/V installer. 
• Must be able to independently diagnose and repair onsite issues with networking, security cameras, distributed audio systems, and conference room systems.  
• Proficient in DSP programming, preferably with QSYS, Extron 
• Experienced in control systems, QSC QSYS systems, including coding and troubleshooting. 
• Familiar with using power tools like drills, saws, and rotary hammers.
• Obtain or pass OSHA 10 certification within 30 days and Obtain or pass OSHA 30 certification within 90 days  
• CTS certification within 90 days 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds work comfortably on ladders up to 12 feet, and lifts over 26 feet. 
• Proficiency in soldering and cable terminations, including XLR, TRS, RCA, and more. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and various web-based portals. 
• Ability to fit into tight spaces and quickly learn new computer programs.

Job Description:

Lead the design, implementation, and advancement of innovative manufacturing systems to support strategic production initiatives and long-term operational excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead Production Preparedness Process (3P) events to design and implement manufacturing systems meeting SQDC metrics
• Manage cross-functional engineering teams to execute manufacturing projects end-to-end
• Research, evaluate, and onboard new technologies, suppliers, and automation solutions
• Present project status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership using data-driven analysis
• Own and manage capital project budgets exceeding $10M, including ROI analysis

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Job Description:

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational activities within a regulated warehouse environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient handling of chemical and controlled materials while leading day-to-day facility operations.

This role supports the day-to-day leadership and operational execution of a regulated warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on warehouse leader with experience handling chemicals or hazardous materials who can manage people, maintain compliance, and keep the facility operating efficiently. We are looking for someone highly organized, operationally minded, and comfortable spending most of their time on the warehouse floor driving execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, repackaging, distribution, and shipping
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 25 warehouse staff including temporary and full-time employees
• Spend significant time on the warehouse floor (approximately 70–75%) ensuring smooth daily operations
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations related to shipping and handling chemicals and hazardous materials
• Coordinate facility operations including equipment maintenance, building needs, and safety initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse-related activities, audits, tours, and operational inquiries

Job Description:

Lead large-scale, multi-phase telecom and network infrastructure deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

This role supports a large-scale, multi-phase telecom infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate is a polished, highly organized Project Manager with strong telecom/network build experience who can confidently manage major budgets, multiple stakeholders, and heavy client interaction. Looking for proven PM titles, longevity, PMP certification, and experience with physical network deployments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed, multi-phase project plans
• Oversee telecom/network infrastructure builds and physical hardware deployments
• Manage project budgets ranging from $10MM–$20MM per phase (> $100MM total lifecycle)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Lead 20+ client calls per week and distribute clear, concise meeting notes
• Track billing, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and successful project closeout

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects
