Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Principal MMIC and Module Design Engineer to join Raytheon’s RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services department in Andover, MA. This department develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. The successful candidate will develop state-of-the-art MMIC and module products that support air and missile defense systems and radars. Using advanced semiconductor and module technologies, they will be responsible for the complete product cycle of the MMIC, including concept, design, layout, test, evaluation, and interfacing with the customer.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop insights that extend your knowledge in the MMIC design field and form the basis of new concepts, theories, and products
  • Design RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF Modules and analog circuitry enabling both receive and transmit behavior
  • Consult across MMIC design, module design, test and assembly teams
  • Act independently to troubleshoot, and uncover and resolve issues
  • Research and develop new technology that results in new product/business opportunities for Raytheon
  • Serve as a technical resource and represent the Department as a technical contact to Raytheon and external customers

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant work experience with RF/microwave/mm-wave MMIC design, module/subsystem design and test. An advanced STEM degree can count in lieu of some experience)
  • Experience with Circuit Simulation tool ADS and in EM tools such as HFSS, Momentum

Position Summary
The Judicial Commissioner is responsible for legal work associated with Circuit, General Sessions, and Juvenile Court operations in Sevier County. Essential Duties
  • Follows established operational policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of legal services for General Sessions, Circuit, and Juvenile Courts.
  • Makes independent, neutral, and detached decisions in accordance with legal standards.
  • Issues warrants for individuals suspected of criminal activity within Sevier County.

Position Qualifications
Required:

As a Ground Maintenance Technician (GMT) in a stationary role, you will be a part of Delta's Ground Support Equipment team. A GMT (Stationary) specializes in completing repairs and utilizes preventive maintenance on motors and controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, and machine shop equipment. The ideal candidate is proficient in the use of diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to resolve malfunctions and maintain equipment.

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and repair with precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts and using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a Test Design Engineer to play a key role in electrical problem solving, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for advanced probe card technologies at our Hutto facility. This is a hands-on, production-facing engineering role focused on resolving complex electrical issues, improving yield and reliability, and feeding lessons learned back into design, manufacturing, and test processes.


This role is suited for an engineer who is comfortable working directly with production, test, and rework teams, taking ownership of difficult electrical issues, and driving systematic improvements rather than only supporting individual failures.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead design of test hardware, including PCB design, circuit design and FPGA programming
  • Lead electrical troubleshooting of probe cards and subassemblies, including mixed-signal, high-speed, RF, and power delivery paths.
  • Write test vectors and design test programs for different platforms
  • Own complex, cross-functional debug efforts involving dense, multi-layer PCBs with thousands of components and extremely tight tolerances.
  • Analyze failing electrical test data to identify root causes such as opens, shorts, leakage, impedance drift, signal integrity issues, crosstalk, grounding problems, or component failures.
  • Perform and interpret measurements using oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDR, LCR meters, curve tracers, and automated test equipment.
  • Drive structured root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions, ensuring issues are fully understood and addressed, not just worked around.
  • Support and guide technicians during debug, rework, and retest activities, setting best practices and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Participate in RMA evaluations, customer-return analysis, and field failure investigations, identifying systemic trends and improvement actions.
  • Develop and maintain failure summaries, yield analyses, corrective action recommendations, and production/test documentation.
  • Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on electrical margins, test robustness, production yield, and overall product quality.
