Job Description
Title: Technical Product Manager
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid – 3 Days a week)
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-savvy Technical Product Manager with strong experience in the banking industry, specifically within the credit cards domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning and delivering product solutions, with a focus on credit card servicing and vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end product lifecycle for credit card-related products
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution based on data-driven insights
- Manage products related to credit card servicing and vendor communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Analyze data to inform product decisions and improve customer experience
- Ensure alignment with client and business expectations
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Manager within the banking industry
- Strong exposure to credit card products and services
- Proven experience in owning and delivering product solutions
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in credit card servicing platforms and vendor management
- Exposure to Agile methodologies; Scrum Master experience is a plus
