Job Summary As a Mission Operations Engineer, you will be the lead technical authority for Millennium's on-orbit spacecraft.

Your work will encompass the entire spacecraft mission life cycle, from the proposal phase to spacecraft and mission design, through space vehicle integration and test, and culminating with launch and on-orbit operations.

You will be responsible for all facets of the mission design, including definition of operational concepts, development of on-orbit procedures, and innovation of advanced methods of spacecraft operation unique to each space mission.

Mission Operations requires composure in high-pressure situations, in-depth knowledge of both the space vehicles and ground segment, and an ability to respond to anomalous scenarios in real-time.

Job Summary Autonomy Engineering is focused on design, analysis, and development of mission Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) from customer use cases and requirements, and enabling mission success through comprehensive on-board fault management and autonomy.

Engineers in the group are integral throughout the entire program lifecycle.

They are key stakeholders in the design and validation of mission CONOPS and Design Reference Missions (DRM), and are leaders in comprehensive end-to-end software integration, validation, and testing.

The Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) Team plans and executes all space vehicle-level integration and test activities at Millennium.

ATLO creates the detailed flow of activities throughout the buildup of the space vehicle, writes and executes all test and assembly procedures used in these activities, conducts system-level through environmental testing, and performs integration to launch vehicle.

The Senior ATLO Engineer will collaborate with many teams such as Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, and Security to shape the direction of satellite production and help the company meet delivery targets, while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence in the assembly and test of satellites.

The Senior ATLO Engineer is invited to improve the efficiency of current processes and play a critical role in developing satellites for manufacturability and large-scale constellations.

A Senior ATLO Engineer will report functionally to an ATLO Team Lead and serve under or as an ATLO program lead.

Job Summary As a Mission Analysis Engineer on the Mission Analysis Engineering Team, you will be the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for all modeling, simulation, and analysis for a program, study, or proposal.

You will develop methods to simulate mission scenarios and assess end-to-end constellation capabilities; design and implement image processing, inertial tracking, state estimation, and optimal control algorithms for sensor systems; and provide tools and modeling platforms for validating system performance during on-orbit mission operations.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with technical and program leadership and will be responsible for program management activities, to ensure that high-quality work products are delivered on time and that the proposed mission solution meets the customer's need.

About the Organization

A well-established Chicago-based commercial law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy and growing real estate practice. The firm has a strong reputation in commercial real estate, finance, and litigation, and offers a collaborative environment with a modern office located in the heart of downtown Chicago near Millennium Park.

Due to increased deal activity, the practice is expanding and looking to add additional paralegal support to the team.

Position Summary

The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys throughout the entire real estate transaction lifecycle, including document preparation, due diligence review, and closing coordination. This role works closely with attorneys and senior paralegals to manage transaction documentation, coordinate closing processes, and ensure all pre- and post-closing requirements are completed accurately and on time.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparation and review of commercial real estate transactional documents

• Prepare UCC searches and filings, financing statements, releases, and transfer documents

• Review and analyze real estate surveys, title commitments, title policies, and underlying title documents

• Support the full closing process from start to finish, including assembling and organizing closing sets

• Draft and edit transaction documents, loan documents, and correspondence

Job Summary

Hounen Solar America Inc. is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of high-efficiency photovoltaic solar modules, with a state-of-the-art 1GW+ production facility in Orangeburg, South Carolina. As a key player in America's growing domestic solar industry, we produce reliable, high-performance modules for residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and utility-scale applications.

We are seeking a dedicated Material Planner / Purchaser (MRP Specialist) to join our supply chain team. This role focuses on direct materials planning and procurement (e.g., solar cells, glass, encapsulants like EVA/POE, frames, ribbons, junction boxes, etc.) using MRP logic in our ERP system. The position ensures timely material availability to support continuous production, optimal inventory levels, cost control, and supply chain resilience in the fast-evolving U.S. solar market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute MRP runs in the ERP system based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS), customer orders, BOMs, inventory data, and production forecasts to calculate net material requirements and generate accurate purchase requisitions and production orders.
2. Plan and allocate demand for critical PV raw materials (e.g., wafers/cells, glass, backsheets, encapsulants, aluminum frames, solder ribbons), accounting for specifications such as grade, color, bin, and efficiency to minimize production changeover losses.
3. Monitor supplier delivery performance, maintain daily/weekly shortage reports and incoming material schedules; proactively resolve delays, quality issues, or supply disruptions to achieve Just-In-Time (JIT) or Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) delivery.
4. Manage inventory parameters (safety stock, min/max levels, reorder points); track inventory turnover, identify slow-moving/obsolete risks, and recommend action plans (e.g., consumption, downgrade use, resale, or disposal) to minimize working capital and avoid stockouts.
5. Prepare and present regular reports on material shortages, on-time delivery rates, inventory analysis, and supply risks; contribute material insights to cross-functional S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.
6. Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams on returns, corrective actions, quantity variances, and supplier performance evaluations.
7. Assist in supplier development, cost reduction projects, and supply chain risk mitigation to support Hounen Solar's commitment to high-quality, cost-competitive, and domestically-focused manufacturing.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in material planning, MRP execution, or procurement follow-up in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in the solar/PV, electronics, semiconductor, or battery industry is highly preferred (familiarity with PV materials such as silicon wafers/cells, glass, EVA/POE, frames is a strong advantage);

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar) with deep knowledge of MRP logic and modules;
• Solid understanding of MRP principles (gross/net requirements, lead times, safety stock, yield/loss factors, lot sizing);
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis); experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus;
• Familiarity with APS, MES, or advanced planning tools is advantageous.

Language Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with international suppliers, read technical specifications/documents in both languages, and handle supplier correspondence in Mandarin when necessary.
