Skilled Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping machines running and facilities in top shape. This role owns the maintenance, repair, and preventative care of our fill and pack equipment, as well as overall building maintenance across two locations. If you love troubleshooting, getting greasy, and being the go-to “fix it” person, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Production Support
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fill and pack machinery to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on all production equipment per schedule
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Support production during changeovers, startups, and unexpected breakdowns
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term fixes or upgrades
Preventative Maintenance & Reliability
- Own the PM program for all machinery and equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, PM records, and parts usage
- Proactively identify wear on parts and order replacements before failures occur
- Help establish maintenance standards, SOPs, and best practices
Building & Facility Maintenance (2 Locations)
- Own general building maintenance across two facilities
- Perform repairs related to HVAC coordination, plumbing, electrical, doors, docks, lighting, walls, floors, and safety systems
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required
- Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational
Emergency & On-Call Support
Serve as on-call maintenance support for after-hours and weekend emergencies
Respond to urgent equipment or facility issues impacting operations or safety
Act as a reliable escalation point when things break outside normal hours
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong experience working on fill, pack, or automated production equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Comfortable with tools, grease, noise, and physical work
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and mechanical drives
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues at once
- Willingness to support two locations and respond to emergencies as needed
Preferred Qualifications

Role Description
IMH Perfume is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our HR operations. This is a strategic and tactical role designed for an HR professional who understands the lifecycle of an employee—from the first recruiting touchpoint to long-term performance development.
You will be joining a company with established foundations. Your goal is to pick up the baton from our outgoing lead, ensuring a seamless transition for upcoming hires and professionalizing our performance and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Onboarding & Integration
- Finalize all compliance paperwork, including W-4, I-9, and background checks.
- Execute and refine customized onboarding plans for all new employees.
- Manage the 30/60/90-day check-in process with employees & managers, using structured questions to gauge employee sentiment and manager alignment.
- Serve as the primary guardian of the Employee Handbook and Org Chart, ensuring all policies are up to date and legally compliant.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Branding
- Act as a brand ambassador for IMH Perfume, managing all candidate outreach and interviews.
- Partner with leadership to draft and finalize job descriptions for all company roles.
- Oversee the entire internal recruitment process for both external & internal candidates.
- Partner with Executive Assistant on company culture events & engagement.
- Track talent metrics & provide insight & analysis to CEO & CFO on hiring status, costs, etc.
- 3. Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Facilitate the rollout of the new performance review strategy and maintain all associated notes.
- Provide expert guidance on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and lead employee termination/offboarding processes with professional discretion.
- Act as the internal expert on company benefits, providing clear instructions and handling employee requests.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated HR experience, with a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Comfortable navigating the needs of both executive office staff and warehouse contractor teams.
- Proven experience managing an ATS (Breezy HR preferred) and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional ability to manage confidential employee files (digital and paper) and sensitive performance data.

The Director - Visual and Merchandising Presentation executes the brand’s merchandise presentation strategy to maximize sales, optimize inventory turnover, and improve store labor efficiency. This role leads the end-to-end development of store planograms and drives the testing and refinement of visual initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and profitability. Serving as a key bridge between the field and executive leadership, they align visual standards with corporate business objectives. The director manages the visual merchandising budget and expense forecasting while staying at the forefront of industry trends. This role oversees strategic vendor partnerships and leads the development of innovative store fixtures to enhance product storytelling and durability. In collaboration with Real Estate and Store Floor Planning, they optimize store layouts and remodels to ensure every physical touchpoint delivers a high-impact brand experience and a seamless customer journey.
Responsibilities
Visual & Merchandise Presentation
- Lead the Visual Innovation Lab, serving as the primary architect for physical brand storytelling. Orchestrate the development of immersive product presentations that bridge the gap between creative vision and in-store execution for all retail locations.
- Direct the end-to-end visual merchandising strategy to maximize top-line sales and margin performance, leveraging data-driven presentation standards to optimize inventory productivity and operational efficiency.

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
* Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
* Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
* Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
* Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
* Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
* Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
* Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
* Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
* Support shrink and safety programs

Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
- Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity.
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities.
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.

Deliver a customer centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Deliver friendly customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold them accountable for store conditions and results
- Ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed; achieve your KPIs and manage your team to achieve their role KPIs
- Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs
- Lead the omnichannel processes
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- Assist with inventory processes to include Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed
- Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members
- Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results; participate in the performance management process; support Talent Development of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
