Summary:
Provides physical therapy services. Evaluates patients, sets goals, plans programs, and treats patients according to the physician's orders; maintains required records and notes; assists with directing technicians and support personnel; assumes responsibility for physical therapy charges; participates in educational programs, follows all CHRISTUS St. Michael and departmental policy and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
- Performs professional duties related to patient care in order to restore the patient to his/her maximum level of independence and functions according to accepted standards of ethical conduct for the physical therapist.
- Clinical competencies in physical therapy skills and techniques are demonstrated in a manner that promotes quality patient care.
- Participates in established inter-departmental and intra-departmental communication systems and methods to achieve departmental, hospital, and corporate goals.
- Maintains required records/documentations as specified in department policy and procedures manual.
- Participates in maintaining and improving the effectiveness of the services provided by the physical therapy department.
- Assumes responsibility for therapeutic equipment safety, operation, and maintenance.
Requirements:
Education/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred
- Basic Computer Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
Experience
- New graduate entry level or any amount of experience in physical therapy is acceptable.
License, Registrations, or Certifications
- Maintain current registration license in Texas and provide the hospital with a copy.
- Maintain BCLS certification.

The client is a well established decor wholesaler, who is looking for an Orchestrator. You won’t just be watching a dashboard; you’ll be the bridge between our business units (Sales, Store Rooms) and our development team. We need someone who can take a backlog of 10–15 enhancement projects within NetSuite WMS and turn them into reality. This is a technical, hands-on role, if the devs are stuck, you’re the one who dives into the logic with them, leads projects through to completion, and collaborates with business unit leaders to bring projects to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Bridge the Gap: Reach out to Sales Managers and Store Room leads to translate "vague requests" into actionable technical requirements.
- Orchestrate the Team: Direct two developers and one QA professional. You’re responsible for allocating tasks and ensuring the project moves forward in .
- Own the Systems: Lead the charge on a more sophisticated tagging system for our store rooms and refine our NetSuite & WMS processes.
- Technical Escalation: While we have a System Admin, you’re the go-to for complex system issues and SuiteScript troubleshooting.
- Stay Nimble: Move fast using a light Agile/Scrum approach. We want progress, not "process for the sake of process."
Requirements:
- 5–7 Years of Experience: Specifically within IT Project Management or Product Management in a distribution/warehouse environment.
- NetSuite Scripting: Middle-to-advanced understanding of SuiteScript. You need to speak the language of the developers.
- The "Conversation" Factor: You must be comfortable picking up the phone or walking into the store room to figure out what’s actually needed.
- Tool Kit: Experience with and Jira is highly preferred.
- Background: Coming from mid-sized, nimble retail or distribution (e.g., Michaels, Hobby Lobby) is a huge plus.
