OverviewThe Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Physical Therapist in the provision of physical therapy. The incumbent shall perform physical therapy procedures and related tasks that have been selected and delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant may modify a specific treatment procedure in accordance with changes in patient status within the scope of the Physical Therapist's established treatment plan. The incumbent documents patient progress notes. The incumbent shall safety and effectively provide physical therapy procedures as directed by their supervising Physical Therapist. The incumbent shall address appropriately the age specific needs for all patients. The incumbent will treat patients and families with respect and dignity. Patients pain will be assessed and treated according to the departments pain management policy. It is the philosophy of Mercy Hospital to optimize patients' comfort while they are in the hospital. The incumbent will identify and report any patient safety issue when identified. The Physical Therapist Assistant shall provide technical assistance and direction to the Physical Therapy aide and coordinates the workload in the department as directed.

Overview:
Mercy Center for Performance Medicine out-patient surgery offers state of the art care to patients in need of surgical care. The center consists of 10 operating rooms, 2 minor procedure rooms and 1 cysto suite, making it one of the largest surgery centers in the United States. Equipped with the latest and greatest technology.
Surgery specialties include orthopedics, urology, plastics, neuro and general surgery.
Along with the operating room, the surgery center includes its own pre/post area, PACU, 23-hour stay area, SPD and supply chain.
Job Duties- Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team. Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
- Primary Aspects: Anticipates surgeon and operative team members needs regarding care delivery, maintaining sterile technique and comfort. Assist surgeon in a knowledgeable, efficient and courteous manner. Knows procedure and/or utilizes preference cards to assure instrument and equipment needs are available so team can stay patient focused: participates in updating preference cards. Inspects instruments and power equipment prior to use to assure operational order and troubleshoots, reports, and removes faulty instrument and equipment from service. Performs or assists in sterile preps as needed/requested by monitoring aseptic techniques of surgical team members at field, reporting and correcting breaks in sterile technique immediately, and controlling location of contaminated instruments and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: HS Diploma or GED. Non-certified applicants may be considered for this position with acceptable surgical technology experience.
- Required Experience: Must have at least one year of Surgical Tech experience
- Preferred Education: Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited surgical technology program preferred.
- Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalence exam.
- Experience: 3 years hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience required.
- Licensure: Actively registered, in good standing, with the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work.

- South Division, Guthrie, OK Full-time, 40 hours per week Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging and accurate documentation standards.
Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care.
Operates all relevant imaging equipment, capture high-quality diagnostic images across various machines, and review and verify images for clarity and completeness before submission for interpretation.
Prepares, positions, and transfers patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process, and addressing any concerns, and providing radiation protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
Administers contrast media under the direction of a physician and within the guidelines of the Radiology Department/Health System policies.
Manages and updates images and patient records completely and accurately in PACS (picture archival communication system) Schedules radiology examinations correctly.
Charges for supplies accurately Assists the radiologists and physicians in performing radiology procedures and locating films and reports in the Radiology Department.
Completes all required continuing education.
Performs clerical duties, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.

Achieved ARRT registry within 6 months of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
