Job Title: Project Delivery Manager (Ophthalmology) - OptymEdge
Location: Remote in US, Canada & UK

Primary Purpose
The Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is critical to the successful conduct of ophthalmic certifications in Biopharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials, as a matrix leader of a vendor project team. The OCPM will be client-facing and serve as the internal lead of the project through the life cycle of the study, ensuring effective project delivery in agreement with contracted project timeline and budget. The PDM directs project delivery by driving team and financial efficiency, work product quality, and is responsible for client satisfaction through strong relationship management.
Responsibilities
* Serves as the primary point of contact for biopharma clients and demonstrates proficiency in knowledge and understanding of client needs.
* Ensures that deliverables for the assigned projects are completed according to the contract budget, schedule, and quality standards. Projects will be effectively managed in all areas of performance.
* Develops successful working relationships with clients, executive management, and project staff and collaborates to manage project issues, proactively identify and mitigate risks and drive milestone achievement.
* Tracks project deliverables against contract. Proactively prepares/presents study metrics to maintain transparency for internal/external stakeholders. Monitors trends and drives changes to the plan as needed; identifies risks to delivery and agrees to mitigation plans with the project team to be presented to the client.
* Ensures adherence to quality control expectations and milestone timelines for delivery of contractually required reports and deliverables.
* Identifies and manages changes to scope and requests for out-of-scope activities. Collaborates with Business Development, Contracts Department, and executive management to ensure timel y execution of contract amendments/change orders. Prospectively manages client expectations.
* Identifies and documents lessons learned from study successes and challenges to promote development of best practices.
* Models and propagates Emmes' commitment to a culture of quality in all aspects of our deliverables, utilizing a solution-based, science-driven, value-added approach in collaborating with clients.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experienced in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
* Minimum 2 years demonstrating related experience.
* Experience with MS Office Suite.
* Time management and decision-making skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to address several assignments simultaneously.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Some knowledge of clinical trials in ophthalmology preferred.
* Occasional travel may be required on an ad hoc basis

A Clinical Case Educator requires the credentials of a Registered Nurse. In this role, a registered nurse is passionate and is committed to provide a high level of patient care and counseling patients enrolled in the Medication Therapy Program. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, problem solving skills, and must be self-motivated. This person will be driven to help team members to achieve the mission of providing high level of care to patients. This position is a telehealth position. The nurse will report adverse events and provide clinical interventions to the patient based on assessed need.
Must reside within a commutable distance of Cary, NC or Fort Worth, TX.
Shift Information
* Cary, NC - Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST and one night per week rotating to work 11-8pm.
* Fort Worth, TX - Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm CST and one night per week rotating to work 10-9pm.
* The nurses are required to report to the office twice a week.
* One rotating Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel and educate new/existing patients on specialty drug therapies.
* Adherence to contracted and accrediting regulations as indicated by drug specification.
* Complete, thorough, and accurate documentation utilizing good documentation practice and compliance to industry standards and regulations.
* Discuss potential/current side effects with patients to educate about treatment alternatives and facilitate ongoing therapy adherence.
* Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to the manufacturer, FDA, and/or other governing authorities.
* Specialty drug verification and education. Provider/patient conduit to support therapeutic longevity.
* Adherence to patient management programs through call cadence schedules, medication management programing, drug counseling and provider collaboration.
* Maintenance of patient demographic records, medical history, and records in accordance with federal HIPAA standards.
* Collaboration with Pharmacy Support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of specialty drugs.
Minimum Requirement
* Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
* Active RN license in NC/TX.
Education
Associates, Bachelor or higher degree in Nursing or accredited nursing diploma.
Critical Skills
* 4+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of acute.
* Experience in Oncology or other specialties.
* Registered Nurse with current unrestricted compact state license or primary NC licensure. TX RN license is required for residents of TX.

In an increasingly complex retail environment, our specialized Retail Reset Merchandising teams are providing consumers with the opportunity to see and purchase the latest or improved products from our clients. Team members will work with plano-grams, schematic layouts, while also implementing department or brand resets in a variance of major retailers in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Execute retail merchandising tasks, encompassing the ability to read and understand plano-grams and schematic layouts, as well as the implementation of department or brand resets in grocery/retail settings.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to meet challenging/changing deadlines.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients, leadership, and managers in a positive, cooperative and professional manner at all times.
- High collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus is essential.
- Accurately report all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.

- Prior retail reset or merchandising experience (preferred)

- Reliable transportation - must be able to transport yourself and required product/materials from your residence to execute a variety of work (must be able to travel to multiple locations, typically between 25-40 miles - mileage reimbursement is provided). Associate that utilizes a personal vehicle for business purposes are required to maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and the minimum auto insurance coverage specified by the associate's state of residence.

Hours of Operations & Availability (Part-Time Associate)
- This role is not expected to exceed 24 hrs. a week, although the company does maintain discretion to change the hours, based on the needs of the client and or business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Tennessee Medical License
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (Board Certification Preferred)
- DEA: Active Tennessee DEA Required
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS Required if Not ABEM Certified
- Experience: Prior Emergency Medicine Experience Preferred
- Other Qualifications: Must Have State License, Board Certification, and DEA in Hand at Time of Presentation
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a community hospital setting
- Manage patient flow in a 24-hour physician coverage model
- Collaborate with NP/PA providers and multidisciplinary staff
- Document all encounters accurately within McKesson Allscripts EMR
