Key job responsibilities
* Hire, develop and supervise leads and a large group of highly skilled technicians focused on Kuiper satellite production. Includes annual reviews, career development and managing corrective and disciplinary actions.
* Coordinate with other Kuiper leaders and manufacturing engineers to plan and coordinate daily tasks for technicians and activities of all operations with an ability to adapt to changing schedules and other dynamic priorities.
* Establish on-the-job training programs and standardized opportunities for team members to learn new skills and progress in their career.
* Independently perform integration and test of the Kuiper satellite and various complex subassemblies in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment.
* Inspect and verify your team's work after completion to ensure engineering and quality standards are met.
* Author, maintain, and train others to all relevant process documentation, including Assembly, Inspection, Testing/In-Process Characterization, and Packaging Procedures.

The Production Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional engineering, test, enterprise, quality and operations teams on production hardware integration processes and systems. This is a critical role leading the technician team on the production floor.
This position requires a high degree of skill in many areas, including technical leadership, technician development, mechanical assembly, avionics integration, troubleshooting, electrical checkouts and environmental testing. Responsibilities
You'll be playing the key role in rolling out the mass production of Elastium production cells, operating at unprecedented scale for the AM industry. Specifically, you will:
- Execute the mechanical design of the most advanced FGF/FDM 3D printers on Earth, from initial concept through testing and deployment.
- Eliminate expensive, complex assemblies with radically simple designs that minimize part count, are trivial to build, and scale fast.
- Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts.
- Develop process flows, breaking down large assemblies into a logical part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes.
- Create excellent technical documentation – test plans and reports, assembly instructions, inspection requirements, part and assembly drawings, vendor specifications, BOMs, etc.
- Work with contract manufacturers and vendors across various disciplines to develop repeatable, sustained processes for quick-turn development as well as at-scale production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during design, commissioning, and production rollout.
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience designing, testing, and shipping complex electromechanical systems (robotics or industrial tech preferred).
- Proficiency with NX (should be your primary CAD for 2+ years).
- A formidable track record building systems utilizing robot arms or precision gantry kinematics.
- Hands-on experience with CNC milling/turning, sheet metal fab, and welding; excellent understanding of DFM/DFA and what makes good production documentation.
- Familiarity with common elements of manufacturing systems: linear guides, ball screws, encoders, reducers, servos, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and etc.
- You're high-agency operator with mission-critical discipline and accountability. You identify and neutralize threats before they escalate.

This role, located in person at our Riverside, MO location, will provide customer support by responding to inquiries, requests for quotes as well as answer basic questions on systems we provide. This person will also build relationships with customers, provide technical support and troubleshooting, negotiates with customers and coordinates with our Outside Sales Team members.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Partners with assigned customer base to provide pricing, availability, updates on order status.
- Assists with overflow customer inquiries regarding common product lines, current orders, escalate orders, part availability, provides alternative product, and light technical support.
- Enters system sales and quotes.
- Enters purchase orders.
- Provides light technical support for the development of applications and design.
- Provides troubleshooting for systems.
- Authorizes warranty and credit dispositions.
- Administrative support including email orders, fax, and providing number RMA’s.
- Partner with Outside sales team to coordinate customer service needs for dedicated customer base.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in mechanical type role preferred. Experience in a customer-facing role a big plus.
- Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge and application, assembly, and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Demonstrated cultural expectations of core values in inside sales.
- Good negotiation skills, able to provide value added up-selling.
- Able to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, most often over the phone.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in order to meet the expectations of the customer.
- Detail oriented and the ability to exhibit patience.
- Experience with MS applications, Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.

Role Overview
The Field Inspector provides day‑to‑day quality oversight for construction activities on a data center project, supporting mechanical, electrical, or CSA (civil, structural, architectural) scopes depending on background and assignment. This role ensures that all field installations are executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The inspector serves as a key liaison with subcontractor quality teams, helping identify issues early and drive timely resolution to maintain project quality and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily field inspections of mechanical, electrical, or CSA installations to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractor QC personnel, coordinating inspection activities, documentation requirements, and quality expectations.
- Identify field quality issues and nonconformances, clearly document findings, and communicate them to construction and subcontractor teams.
- Track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution, re‑inspection, and closure of all identified issues.
- Review field quality documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, test records, and installation logs relevant to assigned discipline.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and client quality requirements across assigned scopes of work.
- Perform TSQMP field verification to confirm work aligns with the project’s Technical Safety & Quality Management Plan and required controls are in place.
- Support readiness activities for key milestones such as equipment setting, testing, commissioning turnover, and client inspections.
- Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and trade partners to resolve quality concerns and prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Experience in field inspection, QA/QC, or field engineering within mechanical, electrical, or CSA disciplines (data center or mission‑critical experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction installation standards, quality processes, and field documentation.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals across assigned scope.
- Proven ability to identify issues, document findings, and track corrective actions to closure.
- Effective communication and coordination skills when working with field teams and subcontractors.

What you'll do:
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform regular preventative maintenance (PMs) on electromechanical equipment, with a strong emphasis on industrial electrical maintenance. Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues including motors, drives, control circuits, and power systems. Effectively troubleshoot and repair electromechanical machinery, ensuring safe and reliable plant operation. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and support automation/electrical controls as needed.
What you will bring:
Education and Experience:
Technical Degree in related field, journeyman’s card, or five plus years’ related experience as an industrial maintenance technician (electrical/mechanical).
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret complex documents, operate/maintain electrical and mechanical testing equipment, use precision measuring equipment, and operate hand and power tools. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and experience with welding/torch equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs., and ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs and Drives. Proven expertise in AC/DC motor maintenance, industrial electrical troubleshooting, and hydraulics & pneumatics. Relevant industry certifications preferred.
