We're Hiring: Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney (5+ Years)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on litigator who has personally handled complex commercial disputes and regularly appears in court.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of commercial litigation experience (non-insurance defense preferred)
Direct responsibility for key litigation tasks, including:
• Taking fact witness depositions (including use of exhibits)
• Taking and/or defending expert witness depositions
• Drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment
• Drafting and arguing discovery motions, including motions to compel
• Handling TROs and temporary injunction hearings (witness testimony; TRE/FRE familiarity)
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Argued cases on appeal (state or federal)
First-chair jury trial experience
Second-chair jury or bench trial experience
Types of Matters
• Commercial contract disputes
• Real estate and property disputes
• Fraud and fraudulent inducement
• Breach of fiduciary duty
• Non-compete and confidentiality disputes
• Trade secrets and unfair competition
• Tortious interference

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 10 years of experience in family law to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation and settlement negotiations, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and independently handle family law cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions
- Provide strategic legal counsel on issues involving custody, support, property division, and related matters
- Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff as needed
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in [State]
- 10 years of experience practicing family law
- Strong litigation and courtroom experience
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
