Qualifications:
• Associates/Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent or relevant experience a plus but not a requirement.
• Experience or interest in General contracting / construction management, experience in various aspects of construction (estimating, bidding, preparing and administering contracts, scheduling, cost control, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities
The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager and entire project team within the assigned scope of responsibility to obtain, evaluate, coordinate and distribute the information and authorizations required to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified. The Project Engineer reports to the Project Manager.
Duties of the Project Engineer include:
• Maintain knowledge of all general contract and subcontract documents as well as the job estimate, and to see that all drawings and specifications properly relate to the estimate.
• Work within established procedures with owner, architect and engineers for obtaining information, approvals, and processing of shop drawings. Examine all drawings for suspected design deficiencies, impractical details, code violations, etc. and bring them to the attention of the Project Manager. Distribute information required for construction.
• Help prepare and distribute drawings, shop drawings, process schedules, etc.
• Schedule, expedite, examine, coordinate and obtain approval for shop drawings, samples, material lists, etc.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are released for fabrication or manufactured in time to meet construction schedule.
• Receive and distribute information on changes in the work, prepare an independent estimate for all parts of the work. Obtain and check estimates for the changes from subcontractors.
• Help prepare requisitions for subcontracts. Obtain adequate information for purchasing and otherwise assist the Project Manager and entire team by clearing questions for bidders, reviewing the bid analyses, and obtaining approvals of awards.
• To work with the Superintendent in obtaining the necessary permits required for the building construction. Verify that subcontractors obtain their required permits.
• Assist in processing regular reports required for the project, the Owner, and associated Agencies.
• Assist in record keeping, reporting, submissions and filing of required documents and Barr and Barr corporate procedures and protocols.
• Tracking of information and documents and follow up with contractors and vendors.
• Assemble and prepare final records for the project.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Automation, the Automation Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for analyzing, developing, supporting, and documenting the ongoing continuous improvement projects within the Automation Engineering department to increase the efficiency, operation and readiness of the plants automation equipment. - Ensure conformance to engineering codes, IATF16949 and HellermannTyton standards for quality
- Use CAD/SolidWorks software to create/modify and update drawing within the EPDM vault
- Use AB software to create/modify and update machine Programmable Logic Control programs as required.

JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES A Joint Data Network & Information Technology Field Engineer performs or leads complex field engineering assignments and perform a variety of engineering assignments involving technology applications involved in the installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of complex electronic / mechanical equipment and information technology (IT) systems and infrastructures.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties: Apply knowledge of design specifications for more complex systems/projects Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirements Recommend technology refresh upgrades for end-of-life systems as a technical subject matter expert Define / write function and security requirements for service delivery of command, control, computer, communication and IT systems, which could include virtual environments and associated applications Manage, design and implement command-and-control, debriefing and other associated information system infrastructure and applications Provide operation, troubleshooting and debugging support for computer operations systems, including system security, access, configuration, backups and restores Assist in incident handling in conjunction with the Facility Security Officer and Information Security Officer / Information Systems Security Manager Assures common engineering principles are consistently applied to internal software, hardware and multimedia inventories Researches engineering solutions to address software and hardware requirements in support of system sustainment and new system projects that handle computing, networking, video, audio and data while taking into consideration emissions and communications requirements Assists in system administration, troubleshooting and remediation of command-and-control, debriefing and other IT systems operation performance issues Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures Prepare, deliver, and submit technical papers and perform engineering studies Support development of technical proposals and provide comments on technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels from quotation to final design and test activities, design reviews, and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications Conduct site visits, experimental investigations and analyze engineering problems, propose solutions and alternatives, and provide recommendations Perform other job-related duties, as required DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work with a group or independently High energy, multi-disciplined and professional Experience in a variety of disciplines across electronics, computers, networks, radio frequency, datalink, video, mechanical and associated technological fields REQUIREMENTS

Implements initiatives such as continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps integration.
PI Planning: Supports Sprint/Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness sessions; ensures thorough preparation of Vision and Backlogs and participates in pre- and post-PI Planning meetings.
Agile Transformation: Enables teams to self-organize at scale by providing guidance on agile transformation efforts, supporting design flow optimization, and influencing flow factors.
Leadership & Influence: Cultivates effective relationships and shares knowledge to influence projects and peer groups, advocating for innovative ideas and guiding others toward optimal solutions.
Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Science, or IT Engineering; Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Agile Project Management, or equivalent; OR no prior experience required with a Master's Degree.
Certification: Leading SAFe and Advanced Scrum Master.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a SCRUM Master and minimum 8 years of experience in Software Development.

This position will interface with multiple value streams such as supply chain, field operations, Marketing, factory support, and others to ensure that requirements are met.

Candidate will participate in product support activities where prior experience with root cause analysis, priority assessment, DFMEA, DFM, and other engineering tools is desired.
