Position Overview:
The Concept & Merchandising Associate works in close partnership with Design, Product Development, Operation, Creative and Marketing to support the creation of a saleable, trend-right assortment. By balancing creative vision with commercial acumen, this role ensures the delivery of compelling, data-driven products to market that hit margin targets and resonate with our Gen-Z consumer.
What You'll Do:
Concept Planning
-Develop and maintain the merchandising calendar, aligning seasonal trends, cultural moments, and business priorities to drive monthly concept planning.
-Independently and collaboratively lead the development of monthly concepts, translating trend insights, social listening, and market analysis into clear product directions.
-Create compelling concept decks that define product vision, styling direction, key items, and storytelling while ensuring alignment with brand identity and revenue goals.

Product & Merchandising Development
-Partner closely with Design and Product Development to translate concept direction into commercially viable products.

-Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure concept storytelling and visual direction are clearly communicated across campaigns, content, and site merchandising.

Who You Are:
- 2+ years in a Merchandising, Buying, Trend Forecasting, or Concept Design role at a fast-fashion, commerical or contemporary apparel brand.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically—you see the big picture but can execute the details
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills; comfortable pitching ideas and defending data-driven decisions
- Comfortable in a self-starter environment with limited hand-holding

About the Role
The Footwear Merchandising Contractor supports and develops a specific business category by helping drive category strategy, managing the product line’s look and feel, and delivering financial and efficiency targets. The role partners closely with Product Managers on organization, line planning, product strategy, development, and launch activities, while evaluating category performance and building deep product knowledge across current lines, upcoming launches, and the development pipeline.

Product Strategy:
- Responsible for managing a category – subject to review of the category lead
- Making decisions for the category subject to review and approval
- Developing footwear product line vision and strategy that integrates with the overall long-term vision for the ARIAT brand
- Identifying market opportunities for Ariat in various market segments
- Taking primary responsibility for maintaining and updating all merchandising-related documents utilized by the product manager

- Managing requesting and accuracy of Product Sell Sheets.
Sales Support:
- Contacting Sales Reps for follow-up on product meetings
- Attending pre-lines on an as needed basis
Business Management:
- Analyzing each season’s selling by style and color as well as channel distribution.
- Partnering with Product Manager to identify close out or phase out opportunities and plan lifecycles of product
- Completing weekly and monthly analysis on bookings

Position Summary:
We are hiring a full time Sr. Ecommerce Coordinator who will assist the Director of Ecommerce in day to day operations of the website. Your role will include; catalog management, website maintenance, and general reporting. You must have apparel experience and a knowledge of Shopify. You will be working with a highly experienced and awesome team in a fast paced environment who will challenge and inspire you to be your best. This role also requires experience working remotely and comfortable working with a smaller team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for maintaining site catalogs, collections, and basic backend functions for product launches and overall product lifecycles.
- Write long form product descriptions for website and META ads.
- Will assist the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing team to execute successful campaigns by streamlining communication, organizing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are handed off completed and on time.
- Will be essential in maintaining and updating content across site and mobile app - refreshing content on a regular basis.

Position Summary:
The Import Manager is responsible for monitoring and obtaining shipments’ clearance from US Customs and other Government agencies in a timely and efficient manner, making sure all is in compliance with policies and procedures.
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Manage customs broker relationship and ensure all import documentation needed for customs clearance are complete and accurate
- Classify and provide HTS numbers by line for all sample, collection, RMD, and VDC shipments
- Coordinate with Receiving Department and broker to maximize space capacity and facilitate smooth flow of incoming shipments
- Provide management with accurate forecast numbers for all shipments
- Check daily that all shipments are entered into CDM correctly
- Respond to all CDM issue emails within 24 hours
- Process all claims dealing with damaged units/cartons and or missing shipments. This includes email notification to concerned freight forwarder.
- Confirm that the Receiver file has been updated, and shipments are being verified daily
- Ensure compliance with global import regulations (classification, valuation, quantity, origin declaration & Free Trade Agreement eligibility)
- Manage timely responses to US Customs on CF28 (Request for Information) and review Notice of Actions CF29
- Respond to NY Merchandising Dept regarding shipment tracking inquiries, advising of any exceptions and the current status of shipments
- Approve import freight invoices and audit for cost savings
- Manage regular entry audit process to ensure accuracy of HTS classifications and valuation
- Manage recordkeeping to ensure it is current, orderly, filed in itemized manner; including retention of all correspondence and other records relating to customs business
- Monitor monthly entry liquidation utilizing USCBP ACE reports.
- Schedule monthly appointments to shred expired records and monitor removal of files
- Oversee all operations within the respective department(s) assigned and provide direction to supervisor(s) as needed
- Manage workload for import team members and ensure staff levels are appropriate
- Knowledgeable on all processes within department(s) and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain an appropriate flow of workload within the department and ensure that all process time goals are met daily
- Utilize SAP – EWM system proficiently to ensure understanding of business within respective department
- Demonstrates strong supervisory skills, providing guidance, direction, skill and performance accountability, and provides input regarding employee performance
- Monitor and address accuracy/productivity/attendance issues using progressive discipline program

Position Overview:
UNIQLO USA is looking for a talented and energetic analyst to join our Customer Engagement Center. This individual will be responsible for finding ways to improve the overall customer experience based on Voice Of Customer (VOC). We expect this person to represent our current and future customers, working directly with management, and key department leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries, various types of feedback. and related data.
- Report to management and department leaders with suggestions on how to improve customer experience when working with logistics-related inquiries.
- Understand customer voices, identify and work closely with business stakeholders both internal and external to troubleshoot customer pain points with the customer experience with efficiency.
- Ownership to resolve customer issues including responding to customer inquiries and creating/updating SOP.
- Continuously work with CEC team members to streamline and improve the customer experience and operations efficiencies within CEC.
- Be able to take the lead as necessary, including customer support, in order to investigate the actual situation and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention and Fraud Investigation teams to identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience.
- Is up to date and understanding of industry fraud trends
- Skills in defining requirements for operational changes or service improvement
- Capability to adhere to team processes and standards, while leading process improvement efforts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required, preferable areas of study are: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Customer Service or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or E-commerce is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint as well as similar tools
- Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives.
- Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required
Salary: $92,000 - $97,000

This role is responsible for managing project scope, budgets, timelines, stakeholder communications, regulatory compliance, and risk (RAID) processes. The ERP Project Manager partners with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful, business-driven go-live outcomes.
Full Lifecycle Implementation
Oversee end-to-end ERP and system implementations-from solution design and configuration through testing, training, and deployment-while maintaining strict control of scope, schedule, and budget. Strong focus on Infor M3, XStore, and Shopify integrations.
Project Planning & Governance
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with established project management methodologies and governance standards.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage project budgets, forecast staffing requirements, monitor resource utilization, and drive cost-effective project delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners. Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Change Management & User Adoption
Support organizational change initiatives by coordinating training programs and guiding business users through new system adoption and process transitions.
- ERP Experience: 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementations. Required 3-5 years' experience with Infor Solutions (CloudSuite (M3), Factory Track, ION, Document Manager (IDM)).
- Customer Education: Experience in building out a training schedule and managing continuous learnings of the Infor System to our employees.
- Business Liaison: Experience in being the point person for the business to answer any "How to " questions and communicate to the Implementation team of any issues or recommendations before going live.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Meeting & Training Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level project meetings and coordinate end-user training, including post-training support.
- Parallel Testing: Proven experience managing end-to-end parallel testing between legacy and new systems in collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Retail Experience: 5+ years in retail operations, ideally within manufacturing or contract-based retail environments.
- User Adoption: Strong track record of aligning business stakeholders and driving system adoption.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certification: PMP certification preferred.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:
