Radiant is seeking a Materials Data Specialist to support the development of our internal materials database. This role focuses on researching, validating, and organizing material property data used by engineering teams across reactor design, thermal systems, and structural analysis.
The ideal candidate has a technical background in materials science, materials engineering, or a related engineering discipline and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering research, data quality, and structured documentation.
You will evaluate the quality of material property sources, organize data into defined schemas, and contribute to documentation that helps engineers confidently use materials data in design and analysis.
Responsibilities
Research Materials Data
- Search scientific literature, databases, and reports to identify relevant material property data.

Structure Engineering Data
- Enter material property data into internal databases following defined schemas and standards.

The Cost Manager provides cost management services including invoice validation, cost forecasting and reporting, change management, close out administration, procurement management, earned value and value engineering. The Cost Manager should have the ability to identify opportunities within a project that will add value and help successfully accomplish the client’s desired project outcome.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue periodic cost reports to senior technical staff Prepare construction related cost estimates, cost plans, and cost strategies.
- Review the cash flow prepared by junior technical staff and issues to senior technical staff

- Bachelor/Master of Science in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgy
- Experience with primary processing (powder metallurgy, isothermal forge, & heat treatment) of turbomacinery materials.
- In depth understanding of metallurgy, manufacturing processes and inspections such as primary melting, forging, heat treatment used in the Aerospace industry.
- In depth understanding of the supply chain
- Some expertise in Additive Manufacturing processes and technologies will be preferential;
- Broad knowledge about different materials (metallic, ceramic, composite, polymeric etc) and experience on characterization tests;
- laboratory operations experience (knowledge of procedures, equipments etc);
- Finite Elements Analysis background (knowledge of ANSYS tool advantageous but not mandatory)
- Knowledge about coating / surface treatments processes advantageous but not mandatory
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Project Management experience is desired, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Title: Raw Material Inspector
Location: Bristol, PA
Schedule: M-F 8-5pm with some occasional weekend work
Duration: 3- 6 months with possibility to go longer
Pay: $25-$40/hr DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform physical, visual, and analytical inspection/sampling of incoming raw materials and packaging components in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sampling plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP regulations.
- Label and manage the status of materials in the warehouse, including Quarantine, Released, or Rejected.
- Utilize laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pH meters, moisture analyzers, infrared spectrometers, endotoxin) to verify identity and purity.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials to QA and Procurement. Initiate deviations or material rejection reports when necessary.
- Review Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the sampling area and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned.
- Author, review and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and other quality and regulated records for accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations, international standards.

The Senior Manager – Material Planning is a key role within the Planning Team, responsible for overseeing the planning of short- and long-term product requirements in support of the Master Production Schedule.
