Pastry Chef – Miami, FL – $70K–$85K
We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join a renowned upscale dining concept with a focus on classic French technique and refined presentation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the pastry program within a vibrant, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all pastry and dessert production for the restaurant
- Develop and execute creative, seasonally driven dessert menus
- Train and mentor pastry team members
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Pastry Chef or senior pastry leadership experience
- Strong background in upscale or fine dining pastry programs
- Creative approach to dessert development and presentation
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
