Major Job Duties & Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing Operations
Determine raw material order quantities and timing by analyzing on-hand, on-order, lead times, and historical demand/consumption.
Generate and manage purchase orders/agreements: review requisitions, issue POs, run PO reports, confirm deliveries, expedite as needed, and manage open PO exceptions/backorders.
Communicate purchase requirements and documentation needs (e.g., CoA/CoC) to suppliers; ensure alignment to schedule requirements.
Manage sourcing, planning, and purchasing of indirect materials and PPE required for manufacturing, maintenance, QC/QA, and housekeeping.
Resolve goods-inwards/receiving issues tied to POs, deliveries, and inventory discrepancies; coordinate with Receiving/Warehouse and suppliers.
Manage pricing alignment per governance and coordinate discrepancies with Finance/Commercial.
Drive supplier nonconformance follow-up: initiate complaints for out-of-spec materials and coordinate returns/refunds with suppliers, Shipping & Receiving, and Accounts Payable.
Participate in regular supplier operational reviews; address service issues and drive corrective actions, including identifying alternate sources when appropriate.

Partner with global demand planning and network plants to align demand forecasts (direct and interplant); reconcile forecast vs. orders and highlight deviations.
Collaborate in daily/weekly cross-functional site management forums to ensure stakeholders are aligned to priorities and prepared to support commitments.
Support inventory planning with Finance: maintain inventory outlooks and working-capital plans consistent with the approved S&OP plan; identify excess/obsolete risks and actions.
Run the quarterly PFEP (Plan for Every Part) process to set and maintain the site stocking strategy for direct materials and packaging (criticality, lead times, MOQ/cadence, shelf-life/storage, and ordering parameters such as min/max and reorder points).
Partner with Operations, Quality, Warehouse/Logistics, and Finance to review PFEP outputs, implement approved parameter changes, maintain master data, and maintain documentation and an action log.
Support NPIs by establishing sourcing readiness, planning assumptions, and lead times and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
Process, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Check and resolve ongoing issues in processes or systems using standard work expectations; implement tactical and operational goals set by the manager.
Implement process changes, operational metrics, and standards within the role's scope; deliver agreed metrics using Avantor Business Systems (ABS) tools.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to convert or generate procedures into the current standard format (as assigned).

As a Sr. Master Scheduler / Buyer at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in building relationships with key industry partners/suppliers, driving supplier execution for safety-critical systems, and continuously improving our supply chain processes. You will be part of the Production organization, a growing team of highly motivated professionals passionate about delivering high-quality products and services on time, with unquestionable quality. You will have hands-on responsibility for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), supplier relationship management, procurement, inventory management, and kitting. You will also mitigate supply risks, resolve procurement discrepancies, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while acting as the liaison between engineering, quality, and manufacturing. Responsibilities
Lead MRP master scheduling for non-recurring engineering, formal engineering development, certification, and production projects, including conducting capacity analyses to mitigate short and long-term schedule risks, identify systemic issues, resolve shortages, and develop strategies to enable a healthy supply chain
Ensure predictable and uninterrupted supply by analyzing MRP messages, managing master data, bill of materials (BOMs), inventory replenishment strategies, and expediting deliveries with suppliers

The College of Environmental Design (CED) at UC Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified instructors to teach studio and non-studio undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including for the Sustainable Environmental Design (SED) major and the Master of Urban Design (MUD) program.
The Sustainable Environmental Design major recognizes that the emergent, multidisciplinary field of sustainability science is growing rapidly. As the world population urbanizes, the planning and design of resilient, resource-efficient, healthy and socially just cities and metropolitan regions is profoundly important. The major offers students a critical understanding of the sustainability challenges facing urban regions in California and around the globe, and equips them with the technical, analytic and design tools key to devising creative solutions.
The Master of Urban Design degree program is a one-year, advanced, interdisciplinary program of study for students with a prior professional degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or city and regional planning. The program's goals are to further train designers who are able to work effectively in teams across a large range of scales and who have a well-developed understanding of urban places and the interdependencies of the fabric of buildings, landscapes, public ways, and the social interactions that shape them.
Lecturers will supervise student design projects, give lectures, prepare assignments and project topics & deliverables, hold regular office hours, prepare exams or hold reviews, give design advice, and submit final grades.

Our client is looking to add a Sr. Scrum Master to their team that is a servant leader and coach for an agile team, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more pod/ scrum team.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. The Scrum Master helps educate the team, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. They also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to team working agreements, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner(s) and the development team(s).
• Establish and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
• Help the team define team working agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforces the agreements.
• Set up standard project metrics, product templates and processes and works with the team(s) to create the proper ceremonies and deliverables.

Airswift is working in partnership with a leading manufacturing and industrial solutions company seeking an ERP Master Planner for a permanent and strategic role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize ERP/MRP planning processes to support production, procurement, and inventory strategies.
- Analyze demand forecasts and translate them into executable supply and production plans.
- Generate and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs.
- Oversee inventory planning, ensuring alignment with customer demand, production capacity, and stocking strategies.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Production Control, and Sales to ensure demand and supply alignment.
- Maintain ERP data accuracy, including BOMs, routings, lead times, safety stocks, and planning parameters.
- Run regular MRP cycles and resolve planning exceptions such as shortages or overdue components.
- Develop planning dashboards and reports to communicate metrics to leadership.
- Support new product introductions and process changes from a planning/ERP perspective.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP utilization and planning workflows.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in master scheduling, material planning, inventory control, or similar manufacturing functions.
- Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Experience with forecasting tools and planning analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Preferred experience in heavy industrial, construction materials, or distribution‑focused environments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or supply chain best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities
