Under direction from higher level Police Department supervisory or management staff, perform law enforcement and crime prevention work; control traffic flow and enforce State and local traffic regulations; perform investigative work; participate in and provide support and assistance to special crime prevention and enforcement programs; establish, grow, and preserve positive relationships between the community and the Police Department; and perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks in support of the department.
Distinguishing Characteristics:Classes in this series are distinguished by the level of certification attained and years of experience. Essential Functions
The incumbent must have the ability to:
- Patrol a designated area of the City to preserve law and order, discover and prevent the commission of crimes, and enforce traffic and other laws and ordinances.

Working Conditions:Positions requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping in the performance of daily activities. The position also requires grasping, repetitive hand movement, and fine coordination in preparing reports using a computer keyboard. Performs work in an indoor facility. The cashier's workstation is located at a front desk in the reception area of the Peter Kirk Pool. Throughout the day there is a high level of patron traffic. Employee works a flexible schedule which may include early mornings, evening hours and weekends. On occasion, must be able to provide own transportation. Hearing and speaking to exchange information, dexterity of hands and fingers to operate standard office machines and pool maintenance equipment. Seeing to read and analyze chemical tests, sitting or standing for extended periods of time, kneeling, or crouching and bending at the waist to conduct tests, lift patrons and/or facility materials of 50 lbs. (With assistance if weight is greater)
Special Note

Hours of Work

- Serve as the primary administrator for ACGME accreditation requirements for the residency program.
- Maintain accurate program and trainee data in ACGME ADS and other required systems.
- Coordinate completion of annual updates, self-studies, institutional reviews, and ACGME site visit documentation.
- Assist with preparation for ACGME site visits, serve as a key administrative participant during visits, and organize internal reviews in collaboration with the institutionβs GME Office.
- Track and submit duty hours, evaluations, milestones, case logs, and scholarly activity.
- Monitor departmental policies and procedures for alignment with ACGME, institutional, and specialty-specific requirements.

About the Division
The Executive Assistant in the Executive Office will be reporting to the Executive Operations Manager. This position will support the office by performing administrative work to facilitate Board and Committee meeting agenda packets, attend in-person meetings, provide administrative support to the Executive Office, while providing day to day support to a Deputy Executive Officer. Duties may include scheduling, travel arrangements, logistical preparation for upcoming meetings (i.e., internal, and external). Distinguishing Characteristics
Executive Assistant I is the entry level class in this series. It is designed to allow an experienced executive assistant to learn the procedures and processes particular to the Air District's Executive Office and this confidential administrative class. This class is alternately staffed with the Executive Assistant II level and incumbents may progress to the higher level after gaining experience and demonstrating proficiency sufficient to meet the qualifications of the higher level.
Executive Assistant II is the journey level class in this series, fully competent to independently perform the full scope and diversity of responsibilities. Responsibilities include regular contact with governmental officials, the Air District Board of Directors, Hearing Board and Advisory Council, representatives of business or community organizations, the public, and all levels of Air District personnel to exchange information and explain administrative policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
Executive Assistant I: One year of administrative experience which has included providing office and administrative support to public sector management or corporate management, equivalent to the Air District class of Administrative Assistant.
Executive Assistant II: Three years of administrative experience which has included providing office and administrative support to public sector management or corporate management, equivalent to the Air District class of Administrative Assistant.
Substitution: Completion of the equivalent of 18 semester units from an accredited college or recognized business school in relevant subjects such as technical administrative skills, business English, or office administration may substitute for up to 6 months of the required experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience providing high level administrative support and customer service to C-suite executives, elected officials or government leaders.
- Professional judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive materials and confidential matters with integrity.

The Part Time Clinical Talk Therapist is an active member of the Corporationβs clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world-class clinical experience. Key ResponsibilitiesΒ
Productivity standards may vary by customer contract; however, below are the general standards that will apply:
15+ completed sessions of direct counseling care per week
Concurrent note-taking during sessions
Treatment plans and other documentation as required
Treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable
Β Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting
Β Advocates for the Participant on decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs
Β Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, advocating for the customerβs needs being met

Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and living (license must be able to practice without supervision) in the state of MA

Strong ability to identify markers for an appropriate level of care to meet patient needs

Thriveworks is currently seeking individuals pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LMHC in Westborough, MA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

What We're Looking For
We're hiring provisionally licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We're especially interested in:
* Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings).
* Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)

* Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
* Flexibility in your work schedule
Qualifications:
* Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided
* A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
* Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
* Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
Compensation:
Up to $73,600 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator will support Ariatβs talent acquisition initiatives by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, collecting interview feedback, and communicating with candidates and hiring teams. This position will be hybrid and work a minimum of three days per week at Ariat Headquarters in San Leandro, California.
Youβll Make a Difference By
- Revising job descriptions and posting positions across job boards and Ariatβs ATS
- Creating interview scheduling pages for recruiter(s) and hiring teams
- Scheduling a high volume of phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across multiple time zones
- Collecting timely feedback and next steps after interviews
- Partnering with travel agency to book candidate travel arrangements for on-site interviews
- Assisting with candidate and hiring team communication

About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a recruiting coordinator
- Proven experience accurately scheduling a high volume of complex interviews across time-zones

- Experience using internal communication tools like Zoom or Teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
