Responsibilities

• Stays updated on product news at customer interaction points: checkout, fitting room, merchandise delivery.
• Knows and correctly executes store operations.
• Familiar with the store layout and sections.
• Knows all store devices (checkout, POD, PDA, etc.) and handles applications (ITX Stock, 25, etc.).
• Ensures the store’s image is maintained.
• Knows the location of all products.
• Provides a good customer experience by attending to their needs. Ensures the implementation of the Experience project.
• Ensures proper and quick restocking.
• Supports merchandise reception if necessary.
• Collaborates to achieve the store’s sales goals.
• Communicates effectively, openly, and transparently with colleagues and supervisors.
• Helps control shrinkage.
• Complies with occupational risk prevention and health and safety regulations at work.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in fashion retail.
• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Support the cash desk and delivery teams
• Understand the latest fashion trends
• Replenish the shop floor
• Adhere to all the health & safety and security procedures
• Support other store functions when needed
