DUTIES:

• Assess / monitor the residents' nutritional status, provide recommendations to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans

• Evaluate special needs of residents regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight issues

• Coordinate procurement of nutrition support supplies and oral supplements with outside vendors as well as involved department heads

• Monitor resident meal service to ensure diet modifications are followed

• Educate residents, families and staff in concepts of nutrition & diet modification

• Routinely evaluate Dietary Care plans for effectiveness to ensure high quality of care

As an A&P Mechanic at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production team and report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The Production team is responsible for scaling our processes and procedures to install our system into a larger fleet. You'll play a critical role in developing and continuously improving all aspects of our manufacturing, integration, and maintenance processes to meet design and business requirements, including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for building and integrating our automated aviation system on aircraft, providing design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) input, and developing processes and infrastructure to help the business scale. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a safety-critical environment that takes automated aviation systems from development to production in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, installation, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of Reliable designed products, line replaceable units (LRUs), harnessing and interconnects

• Performs modifications, including fabrication and installation of the Reliable Robotics automated aviation system

• Performs routine/non-routine inspections and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability

• Maintains records of aircraft installations, maintenance, and modifications

• Represents the production organization in design reviews and partners with Responsible Engineers (REs) to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

Basic Success Criteria

• Current FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics license

As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Aircraft and Maintenance) at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in developing and continuously improving our manufacturing, installation, and maintenance processes to meet design, regulatory, and business requirements (including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery). This is a growing team of highly motivated people who are passionate about delivering quality products and services on time, with unquestionable value. You will be responsible for our automation system's installation and maintenance, including hands-on installations, procedure development, documentation, conducting design for excellence (DFx) reviews, and developing the processes and infrastructure to help the business scale. The projects you work on will set the foundation for how the business operates for years to come. Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and fabrication of the Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/avionics assemblies, harnessing, interconnects, and other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products

• Conduct design for excellence (DFx) reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

• Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)

• Develop and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, quality management system, technical bulletins, engineering orders, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives

• Develop processes to ensure accurate, current, and complete documentation (installation and inspection records, logbook entries, etc.) is utilized and maintained

• Lead root-cause analysis and implement timely corrective actions to maintain schedule, quality, and reliability

• Ensure an adequate supply of tools, serviceable parts, components, and consumables necessary for aircraft servicing and maintenance is maintained

• Oversee routine/non-routine aircraft installations, inspections, and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability across multiple airframes

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems engineering, or 7+ years of relevant experience leading aircraft maintenance/modification operations

• 7+ years of aircraft design, manufacturing, inspection, and/or testing experience

• 2+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in aerospace, autonomy, or robotics

• 2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter

Preferred Criteria

• Holder of an FAA-accredited Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate

• Prototype/R&D development or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience

• Experience with industry or regulatory requirements such as AS9100, CFR 14 CFR 21.137, and/or 14 CFR Part 145

• Knowledge of highly complex medium to heavy turbine-powered aircraft, their powerplants, flight and stabilization controls, pneumatic, fuel systems, electronic engine, hydraulic, and navigation systems

• Maintenance and rigging experience on P&W PT6A Engines/Airframes

• Previous leadership or management experience

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring that all health and safety policies are properly implemented, procedures are adhered to, and that safe practices are adopted. They help plan, implement, monitor, and review the protective and preventive measures in place that employees are required to follow, and work to minimize operational losses, occupational health problems, incidents, and injuries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates with Project Managers, Health and Safety Officers, Director of Health and Safety to ensure field safety for all jobsites and facilities.
• Supports the Martins Project Manager in the development and implementation of the project health and safety program in accordance with Client expectations and Posillico policies and procedures.
• Administers the Site Health and Safety Program and advises the Project Manager with regards to all matters of health and safety associated with the project.
• Supports the Project Manager on the Implementation and administration of the Site-Specific HASP, including the client’s safety program and Posillico policies and procedures.
• Provides site orientation (includes Martins site-specific HASP) to Martins and subcontractors working on project.
• Will lead the Incident investigation on projects and conduct interviews of witnesses, working closely with the Project Manager, Corporate Officer, and client.
• Reports and documents incidents and issues related to site safety.
• Performs duties in accordance with Posillico Health and Safety Program Procedures, Posillico policies and procedures, and the site-specific health and safety plans.
• Conducts daily site reviews and inspections of Martins projects throughout the MD/VA/DC region.
• Verifies all training for the site is accomplished and current.
• Reviews and assists with the preparation of AHA’s (Activity Hazard Analysis)
• Assists in the implementation of the video surveillance safety program, assisting in the review of findings and coordinating with the project teams to implement corrective measures as part of the project oversight.
• Implementation of the Martins Energy Based Safety System including performing weekly high energy control assessments and identification of needed controls.
• Assists in management of vehicle/driver compliance and employee certification

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA / BS degree in engineering, safety, health sciences, or equivalent, or have equivalent experience in an occupational safety capacity.
• 5+ years’ health and safety experience with health and safety compliance. Experience in the Construction industry is required.
• Industry Credentials such as CHST/OHST or ASP/CSP are preferred.
• A moderate level of IT skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
• Patience and diplomacy; the position requires a collaborative approach.
• OSHA 500 Certification preferred.
• 20% Travel throughout the MD/VA/DC Region.
