Prior sector experience is not required, but strong experience on high value, top tier M&A or private equity transactions is essential. The firm is looking for associates with at least two years of experience from a leading PE or M&A group (the team could look up to and including sixth years). Candidates qualified in Australia or Canada should have at least four years of experience to allow for the market standard 2 year hair cut.
