As a Painter Spray A - Major Assemblies, you will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the painting process for our aircraft. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to complete painting assignments while meticulously preparing surfaces to guarantee proper adhesion and finish. You will utilize various paint materials and techniques, including both spray and brush methods, to achieve flawless results that meet inspection requirements. Your attention to detail will be critical as you clean and service equipment, mask areas for painting, and coordinate with safety and environmental teams to ensure a compliant work environment. Additionally, you will operate automated spray equipment and curing ovens, monitoring conditions to maintain optimal performance throughout the painting process.

Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with employees of varying classifications to ensure the completion of painting assignments for aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles.
Perform touch-up and pickup painting using both spray and brush techniques, adhering to inspection requirements.
Prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion, including corrosion removal and paint stripping as needed.
Prepare various paint materials, such as primers, enamels, and lacquers, according to specifications.
Clean and service spray guns, paint tanks, brushes, hoses, and related equipment after use.
Mask and unmask areas to facilitate corrosion removal or painting operations.
Set up all necessary equipment and supplies for painting operations, including fall protection and protective equipment.
Coordinate with safety, environmental, and fire organizations to ensure the shop is prepared for painting operations.
Operate automated spray equipment, such as robots, for preparation and painting tasks.
Operate curing ovens and monitor related equipment to ensure compliance with specifications, including temperature and humidity.
Monitor and maintain time-sensitive materials and processes throughout the painting operation.
Support customer inspections as required and screen work instructions to ensure proper workflow.
Apply decals, part markings, and wrap finished parts or assemblies as required.
Recognize and report any discrepancies or malfunctions in equipment or processes per established procedures.
Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and qualifications for the role, and perform established autonomous maintenance as needed.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.

Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in prepping, cleaning, and painting various surfaces in industrial, commercial, or academic settings.
1+ years of experience using various types of paint equipment and applicators, such as HVLP, pneumatic, electrostatic, and others.
1+ years of experience mixing paints.
1+ years experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
1+ years of experience handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials
Experience working from heights & using fall protection equipment with weight limitations.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience performing aircraft or autobody painting and finishing operations.

OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:

Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the Licensed Healthcare Provider (Physician, APRN, PA) and nurses with patient care, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks. Supports remote clinic sites with order entry and chart completion in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Collaborates with other staff to achieve quality patient care and customer service goals. Works under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

3. *Facilitates flow of patients in accordance with appointment time to avoid delays for the provider and undue waiting for patients.
4. *Greets and rooms patients; taking vital signs, updating patient history, preparing patient for examination/procedures, as assigned.
5. *Rooms patients via EHR status indicator for outstate clinics and enters clinical documentation, orders, and results received from clinic, as assigned.
6. *Instructs patient and family about tests/procedures, normal results, medications, nutrition and other health related issues utilizing approved protocol or written instruction, as assigned.
7. *Assists patients in pursuing preauthorization for Repatha and PCSK9 based on protocol, as assigned.
8. *Documents patient interactions, results, patient questions/concerns and medication changes, in a timely manner.
9. *Responds to calls from patients, pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes and other medical offices by use of telephone and computer in a timely manner, as assigned.
10. *Coordinates with assigned RN to provide care that is beyond practice scope; including triage of patient follow up, patient teaching, and abnormal test result communication.
11. *Organizes medications sample storage and checks for outdates; pulls sample medications refills for provider per protocol.
12. *Keeps rooms stocked, clean and ready for use; assists with ordering supplies as needed.
13. *Complies with HIPAA and maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family, staff, and providers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalency is required. Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA), or a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required. Minimum of one (1) year work experience as a medical assistant in a relevant clinical setting is preferred, clinic and cardiovascular experience is preferred. Nebraska Medication Aide registry is preferred. Graduation from a Medical Assistant program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools preferred

What You Bring

Active California State Bar license.
10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases.
Extensive jury trial experience, with a strong preference for having tried 10+ cases to verdict.
ABOTA membership preferred; Board Certification in Civil Trial Law is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ verdicts or settlements.
Mastery in litigation strategy, negotiation, and trial storytelling.
Technologically proficient with legal research (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis), case management (Filevine preferred), and other trial tools.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
