As a key member of our sales team, you will:
Drive New Business:
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound efforts (calls, emails, research) to generate and close new business opportunities.

Excel in Account Management:

- Provide the Sales Manager with regular, insightful updates on ongoing opportunities, competitive analysis, market trends, and territory growth opportunities.
- Maintain an excellent command of Newhaven Display's product lines, pricing, and their diverse applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate customer purchase, pricing, and terms files.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports detailing sales activity, orders, follow-up actions, and progress towards goals.
WHAT YOU BRING:

SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor works under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager. The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees engaged in the manufacturing of products within quality, time, and cost standards. Additional responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, implementing and monitoring process improvements, maintaining process control and troubleshooting documentation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversee production and quality of products to ensure MCX produces defect-free products which meet or exceed customer expectations, on schedule, and to customer requirements.
- Closely monitor operational performance to meet goals and objectives established by the company using plant metrics as a tool for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain tiered reporting and problem solving
- Maintains productions processes. Ensures minimal machine downtime by ensuring workstations are staffed, work orders and materials lined up, and set-up times kept to schedule.
- Direct and supervise all personnel involved with the production/manufacturing of products.
- Provides training and development; coaches and develops employees within assigned areas, fostering open communication within the group to promote teamwork. Ensures team is cross trained to support scheduling flexibility according to site standards.
- Responsible for planning and directing the workflow, assembly methods and workforce utilization for MCX
- Ensures all Quality system procedures and documentation requirements are consistently followed.

- Promotes and holds team accountable for 5S and good manufacturing practices, COS (Cost of Sales), and Lean problem solving. Participates in and supports kaizens and other CI activities.

SALARY INFORMATION:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving our Environmental Health Safety and Sustainability EHSS management systems and compliance with requirements such as OSHA, WISHA, EPA, DOE, ISO 14001 and 500001.
- Maintain a constructive relationship with regulatory stakeholders at Dept of Ecology (DOE) and Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA) and support site inspections, permits compliance and Notice of Construction.

Summary

If you’re passionate about PC hardware, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, this role puts you at the center of NA business growth.
This role focuses on product strategy, marketing support, and portfolio management to drive business growth in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and NA channel ecosystems
- Participate in product kick-offs and provide market-based recommendations
- Support new product evaluation and MOQ feasibility
- Align pricing strategies with BU and local CFTs to ensure consistent MSRP and positioning
- Execute GTM launch enablement across retail & online
- Collaborate closely with Global & Regional Marketing to drive execution
- Identify opportunities to replace key competitors and secure product reviews
- Gather customer insights and market feedback and convert into product recommendations
- Ensure Cooler Master visibility is competitive across NA retail/e-commerce channels
- Act as the main interface between BU and NA CFT
- Consolidate channel/CFT requirements and resolve product issues

Qualifications
- Experience in product management, channel business, or business development
- Strong understanding of North America retail & distribution ecosystem
- Data-driven, analytical mindset
- Able to drive initiatives with BU teams & cross-regions
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or category ownership (preferably in PC components or consumer electronics)
- Proven track record of driving product success and hitting sales targets
- Strong understanding of DIY PC market, gaming community trends, and channel dynamics
- Familiarity with NVIDIA/AMD GPUs, cooling, chassis design, and workstation usability trade-offs
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
