Position Description:
Designs and develops effective learning experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and multimedia content aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborates with departmental stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze training needs, design instructional strategies, and create engaging learning experiences to enhance Team Members' knowledge of the Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities’ brand to improve business performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements course mapping and designs instructional programs using each phase of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
- Possesses deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with the ability to create effective course documentation, manuals, and support materials for classroom, blended, and e-learning formats.
- Designs and develops customized instructional materials and products for both synchronous (instructor-led) and asynchronous (self-paced) learning.
- Skilled in project management and collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop training roadmaps, define delivery methods, and refine content using best practices.
- Provides expert consultation on tailored instructional methods to meet the needs of diverse learners and business objectives.
- Proficient in using content development tools and e-learning authoring software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) to create engaging and professional computer-based training (CBT).

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Retail Training and Course Development (Preferred, not required).
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning & development.
- Experience designing and delivering both instructor-led and computer-based training (CBT).
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate).

Summary of Position
The Training & Development Senior Analyst is a detail-oriented, highly experienced, data-driven learning professional who serves as a subject-matter expert across learning operations, LMS administration, program evaluation, and learning analytics. This role partners closely with L&D leadership and business stakeholders to translate organizational needs into effective, scalable learning solutions.
The Senior Analyst owns the integrity of learning systems, data, and processes; provides insights that inform learning strategy and investment decisions; and ensures learning programs are executed with operational excellence and measurable impact.

Education:

The compensation range for this position is $33.32per hour - $57.31per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current BLS required.
- Minimum of two years experience in a hospital operating room or outpatient operating room setting.
- Certification Required or minimum of 5+ years of experience and skillset to perform all specialties.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse demonstrates knowledge and skills in the care of patients. Each service also requires specialized skills. The delivery of care is based on criteria that is age appropriate and is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of the individual patients. The Registered Nurse may be asked to float to the Well Baby Nursery or Pediatrics, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center. Perform Lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical's as defined. Complete competency as required. Follow lab testing safety guidelines, maintenance and QC completion/documentation, and proficiency testing as assigned. Follow "good lab practice" in testing and initiate corrective action as issues occur with test system or result. Educational records (diploma or transcript) are mandatory for staff performing non-waived testing. Position will be responsible for taking call and meeting call shift requirements established by the department. What you can expect todo in this role:
- You will deliver care based on criteria that is age appropriate based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient
- You will optimize the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person.
- You will be responsible for the care of premature and ill newborn patients meeting the admissions criteria of our NICU.
- You will oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.

Position Requirements:
Licensure/Certification/Registration Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license. Job Summary and QualificationsHealthONE's Perioperative (PONI) Nurse Residency is a paid program that will allow new graduates and or experienced nurses to obtain specific training in the Perioperative (Operating Room) setting through an intensive 24 week orientation and then transition to a circulating nurse role within a perioperative department at one of our HealthONE hospitals.
As a PONI Nurse Resident:
- You will enjoy meaningful learning opportunities and networking opportunities with your peers in a cohort setting
- You will participate in a paid, 24 week orientation. Schedule will start out Monday-Friday, averaging 40 hours per week. Once you are towards the latter half of orientation, you will work alongside your preceptor on his or her schedule. (20 weeks if you decline scrub training.)
- You will gain Registered Nurse experience in the Perioperative setting
- You will cultivate meaningful relationships and enjoy targeted learning opportunities with skilled Periop nurses, preceptors, and mentors
Requirements:
- You will need your current nursing degree (associates or bachelors)
- You will need your active State of Colorado Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license by the start date
- You must be flexible to work either day or evening shift as the unit-specific needs vary
- You must be flexible to commit to a full time Registered Nurse position in the Perioperative setting with a HealthONE hospital for a two year commitment period
- You need active BLS certification prior to start date
- This role is for experienced RN's looking to move into the OR- 1 year of RN experienced required, acute care and hospital setting preferred.
