POSITION PURPOSE
The Nurse Leader (NL) is a licensed registered nurse (RN) accountable for leading, managing & advancing people, processes & / or programs that support direct or indirect patient care. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and bachelor’s degree is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Current Iowa RN license, (MercyOne Genesis - current Registered Nurse (RN) license in either Iowa or Illinois is required at the time of hire. A secondary RN license for the other state must be obtained within 12 months of the hire date.) At least two (2) years of relevant clinical nursing experience is required.
Relevant supervisory experience is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training is required within six (6) months of hire.
Specialty practice certification is preferred.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Position Summary:
Produces machined parts by operating a Lathe computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.

We are seeking experienced Slitter, Rewinder, and Flexo Printing Press Operators to join our production team in Marshall County, Indiana. This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for candidates with experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment and working with materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels.
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining slitter, rewinder, or flexographic press equipment to ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate slitter, rewinder, or flexo press machines according to job specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform job changeovers with minimal downtime
- Inspect finished rolls for accuracy, proper tension, and defects
- Accurately record production and quality data
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Load, unload, label, and prepare materials for shipping
- Complete approximately two weeks of training on first shift prior to transitioning to assigned shift

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
- Accurately maintain downtime records during line operation.
- Perform sanitation duties for production and periodic sanitation work as assigned.
- Responsible for conducting and accurately documenting quality checks.
- Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to your Supervisor, Team Leader, or Line Technician.
- Responsible for communicating with previous and next shift regarding any concerns or watch outs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and strong drive for results.

CMM Programmer / PCDMIS Programmer

Job Description
Program complex aerospace parts utilizing advanced PCDMIS methods. This programming process entails programming offline to a CAD model, debug on CMM, perform repeat study, perform independent validation and implement into shop. The ability to read complex drawings, interpret GD&T and build the program utilizing the CAD model is required. Some travel to NC and other sites for program implementation is required.
- Used PCDMIS version 2021 or newer
- Min 5 years of PCDMIS programming experience, or 2 years of PCDMIS experience along with 5 years of other CMM language.
- Has used PCDMIS extensively within a year
- Program offline utilizing CAD models
- Able to program iterative alignments
- Able to program 6-point target point alignments
- Touch scanning experience
- Strong GD&T skills, with strong focus on true position, runout, surface profile
Desired Skills
- Read and write text files from PCDMIS
- Knowledgeable with variables
- CAD experience, NX preferred
- Familiar with MSA process
