MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Power BI Front End Developer, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI reports.
- Fine-tune Power BI solutions for optimal performance, scalability and security.

Daily Responsibilities
40% Machine Building in Shop (Billerica, MA)
· Assembling machines based on assembly drawings provided by engineering
· Ensuring that all machines are built on time, on budget, and 100% correctly
· Working with engineering to fix and modify any parts that are not correct
· Properly documenting build per shop standards
25% Customer Installations
· Commissioning machines onsite and demonstrating system to operators, sanitation, and maintenance and making them excited about the system
· Staying until the customer is 100% satisfied and everything is working properly
10% Solving Down Customers (while in shop)
· Assisting customers over the phone with down machines
· Absolute sense of urgency to get the machine back up and running
25% Customer Service Calls
· Traveling to customer sites to perform routine maintenance
· Make everyone at the customer site excited about the machine and how well it operates
· Includes preventative maintenance conducted during factory shutdown weeks

Position Summary:
This role supports hands‑on fabrication and prototype development for hybrid-electricpropulsion systems for new and novel aircraft. The technician will build, modify, and assemble components in metals and plastics, applying aircraft‑grade workmanship, and support wiring and integration tasks for electric and mechanical subsystems. The ideal candidate is a creative problem‑solver who can work from prints and fabricate solutions from scratch when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype assembly: Build and integrate components, subassemblies, and test articles used in aircraft propulsion development.
- Light fabrication: Cut, drill, bend, and finish metals and plastics using shop tools and fabrication equipment.
- Wiring & integration: Route, terminate, and secure wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components following aerospace‑quality practices.
- Print interpretation: Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions with minimal supervision.
- Creative problem‑solving: Design and fabricate brackets, fixtures, mounts, and test hardware from scratch when propulsion testing requires a custom solution.
- R&D test support: Assist engineers with propulsion test setups, instrumentation routing, plumbing, and iterative design changes.
- Aircraft‑grade workmanship: Apply precision fastener practices, torque discipline, and clean, repeatable build standards appropriate for propulsion systems.
- Shop organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑documented workspace aligned with aerospace and propulsion safety expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Prototype build and assembly experience, including hands‑on integration of mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and test articles.
- Fabrication proficiency with metals and plastics, including safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment.
- Wiring and electrical integration skills, including harness routing, terminations, strain relief, and clean, organized installation.
- Ability to interpret engineering documentation, including mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and basic GD&T.
- Strong attention to detail and aircraft‑grade workmanship, including torque discipline, fastener standards, and clean build practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience reviewing CAD models (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) for part visualization and build preparation.
- TIG or MIG welding experience suitable for light structural work.
- Experience supporting rapid prototyping, including fixtures, test rigs, or early‑stage engineering builds.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or aerospace quality systems.
Physical demands:
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work in a Manufacturing Hangar environment.

JOB TITLE: Shop Welder
SUPERVISOR: FABRICATION MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform all duties safely.
- Must pass a bend test weld test on 2″ Heavy Wall in 6G Position for GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW and must understand welding machine components and welding variables and consumables.
- Must have experience in the use of the following tools: Oxygen & Acetylene Torch, Plasma Torch, Bevel Machine, Fit-up & Hand-Tools, Grinders, Chipping Hammers, Magnetic Drills, 4 & 8 lb Hammer and Cutting Tools.
- Must be able to pass a post hire physical verifying ability to perform essential functions of the job, as well as a drug test.
- Must be able to physically move 50 to 75 pounds, routinely.
Essential Functions, Duties and Tasks:
- Must be able to perform all duties safely.
- Must be able to at a minimum pass welding test in 2G and 3G positions SMAW (E7018 uphill and E6010 downhill) and 2G and 3G positions FCAW for carbon steel plate and understand welding machine components and welding variables and consumables.
- Must be able to physically move welding lead (approximately 100 pounds) and be able to work and weld out of position and off of ground level.
- Must be able to safely move and handle heavy steel plate and structural shapes including loading, unloading, setting, aligning, fitting, assembling and cutting. Movement and handling are done both manually (up to 100 pounds) and with assistance of a crane or other equipment.
- Using a grinder must be able to brush and grind weld seams in preparation for radiography, chip or grind welding burrs and scars and perform other plate surface cleaning.
Non-Essential Functions, Duties and Tasks:
- For consideration of reaching higher welding grade, must be able to pass stainless steel plate tests and 6G position for GTAW, GMAW, SMAW and/or FCAW for pipe.
- Layout of steel plate, reading of blueprints. Experience with ASME work.
Schedule:
- This position works 8 to 10 hours per day, 5 days per week: able to work overtime when necessary. Begin work promptly at designated time.
Work Conditions:
- Worker is on feet, kneeling or bending all day and work is done outside in all weather conditions.
- Worker will be required to wear a hardhat, safety glasses, and ear plugs at all times – a welding hood and respirator when appropriate.

Program Quality:
- Emcee the onsite simulation (approx. 4.5 hours) in front of 130+ (students/volunteers) Monday - Friday. Must exhibit showmanship and a natural stage presence in front of large groups and on a microphone.
- Facilitate onsite volunteer training daily (60-90 minutes) and provide guidance throughout the simulation to 20-40 volunteers to help them coach students by applying their personal experiences within the simulation.

THE ROLE
The Director of Facilities is responsible for the stewardship, safety, and performance of all campus buildings, infrastructure, utilities, grounds, and athletic facilities supporting a K–8 independent school serving approximately 225 students and 68 employees. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and well-maintained learning environment that directly supports the school’s mission and Core Values. The Director establishes and maintains standards for safety, cleanliness, operational efficiency, and campus presentation. They manage facilities operations, oversee event logistics, regulate water and wastewater systems, prepare for emergencies, and coordinate capital projects. Throughout, they work to preserve and improve the campus in ways that reflect and honor the school’s history, traditions, and aesthetic standards.
Residency Requirement
Due to the operational demands of campus utilities, life-safety systems, weather response, and emergency preparedness, on-campus residency is essential to this position. The Director of Facilities is required to reside in school-provided housing to ensure a timely response to alarms, infrastructure failures, severe weather events, and other urgent operational needs that may arise outside of standard business hours. Residency supports 24-hour operational continuity and campus safety.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities & Grounds Management
- Lead daily operations across campus buildings, grounds, athletic facilities, and supporting infrastructure.
- Supervise custodial, maintenance, and grounds staff; oversee contractor selection and performance.
- Ensure facilities reliably support academic programs, extracurricular activities, and community events.
- Manage departmental budgets, project and capital forecasting, purchasing, and vendor relationships and contracts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, refining it over time as campus needs evolve.

Utilities & Environmental Systems
- Oversee on-site drinking water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring reliable, safe, and uninterrupted campus operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) regulations, including testing, reporting, documentation, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate required inspections, sampling, regulatory reporting, and system maintenance.
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, safety, and uninterrupted campus operations.
- Respond promptly to system alarms, operational failures, and compliance-related issues.
Safety & Emergency Preparedness
- Serve as a primary campus leader for emergency preparedness and response alongside the Safety Planning Team.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and regular review of emergency, life-safety, and crisis response plans.
- Help to coordinate safety drills, training initiatives, and preparedness planning.
- Respond to fire, security, weather, and utility-related incidents, and maintain relationships with local emergency responders, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
24-Hour Operational Responsibility
- Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to ensure campus safety and operational continuity.
- Provide timely response to utility alarms, infrastructure failures, and life-safety systems.
- Coordinate and assist with snow removal and weather-related operations on weekends and during severe weather events.
- Ensure continuity of essential campus services during emergencies or off-hour events.

Event Operations & Campus Logistics
- Plan, coordinate, and support campus events including academic programs, athletic competitions, performances, fundraising activities, and community gatherings.
- Partner with the Director of Development, Administration, and faculty to assess event needs and translate them into operational plans.
- Develop event logistics covering facility setup, utilities, safety, custodial coverage, and traffic and parking flow.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 15 – 20+ years of experience, or
- 5-7+ years of experience preferred with an advanced degree or certification in Facilities Management.
- Obtain appropriate Pennsylvania DEP licensure for Drinking Water and Wastewater operations within three (3) years of employment commencement – the school will support preparation and resources for this goal.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies. Systems of responsibility include:
- Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems.
- Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.
- Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.
- Tests performance of electromechanical assemblies and electronic voltmeters.
- Reads blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical order to determine methods and sequences of processes.
- Inspects parts for surface defects.
- Installs electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using hand tools.
- Aligns, fits or assembles component parts, using hand or power tools.
- Operates, monitors, maintains, and responds to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Life Safety, and Building Monitoring and Control
- Analyzes systems to ensure best practices for both internal and external customers
- Provides feedback to DCO Engineering on the effectiveness of existing standards and processes
- Works with contractors and consultants to review quality assurance for all system expansions, corrections, and upgrades
- Works with the CF Ops Lead Technician to track and complete an aggressive preventive and predictive maintenance program
- Ensures data center operates at maximum operational efficiency, including analyzing existing operating conditions, recommending new technologies and improving overall efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Manages systems to avoid unplanned customer-impacting events
- Works with CF Ops Lead Technician to determine maintenance requirements for mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Familiarity with data trending / tracking and analysis and the ability to utilize a PC based integrated critical monitoring systems
- Ability to process Hands and Eye requests as required i.e., Tape Rotation, Rack and Stack of equipment, inventory hardware, power cycle devices, patch cable install/removal

This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $33.90 - $50.90 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.

Advanced Environmental Group, Inc. (AEG) is seeking a Project Safety Manager to be based at our project site office. This position is designed for individuals with 10+ years of experience in the construction safety and environmental remediation field. This individual must be familiar with general construction including but not limited to drilling, heavy equipment operation, excavation and large-scale remedial/construction activity. This is a full-time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Full time assignment to complete a variety of health and safety related roles in support of a remedial construction project. The candidate will provide oversight of field crews performances during, installation and testing; construction of remediation well-head infrastructure; above-ground water storage infrastructure; buildings and above-ground structures; grading and earthwork; construction of electrical infrastructure; and, controls/instrumentation activities. All site work will be conducted in accordance with Cal/OSHA (Construction and General Industry) Safety Orders; site specific health and safety plan(s); and, AEG policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years’ experience performing full time construction health and safety related tasks including: managing safety programs, processes, reviewing hazard analyses, developing and conducting audits, and implementation of controls;
Certified Safety Professional (CSP®) or meet requirements to sit and pass exam - Highly Preferred;
Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or meet requirements to sit and pass exam - Required
40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Certified or training to be provided;
Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA, EPA, NFPA, & ANSI safety related regulations;
Good time management skills and communication;
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills; and,
Experience using MS Office Suite products required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to independently lift and carry objects safely that weigh up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffold; kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, pull, twist, finger grasp and feel on a constant and repetitive basis; stand, walk, talk, see (20/20 vision naturally or corrected), hear within normal range and perform repetitive motion activities.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT
Field work and desk/office work. As necessary, must be able to travel to other work areas, be aware of safety requirements for those areas, and work within those constraints (e.g. access procedures and proper PPE). Walking on uneven terrain including paved areas, gravel/rocks, and dirt/sand is required to access various locations on the project site.
CRITICALITY OF ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance and punctuality is required. Project schedule and is based on a 10-hour days, 5 days per week. Overtime may be required and Shifts may change through the duration of the job (i.e., 10 days on, 4 days off).

Security Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and company assets. Duties include but not limited to patrolling property, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, and delivering excellent guest service in a professional and courteous manner.
Unarmed Security Officers carry and may utilize non-lethal weapons and defensive equipment which requires completion of company training, qualifications and passing all related examinations.

- Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including exterior areas, on foot, bicycle, or in a company vehicle.
- Monitor alarm systems, surveillance cameras, access control systems and other security equipment.
- Deliver excellent guest service, responding to questions, complaints, and/or conflicts in a professional manner.
- Respond to physical threats. altercations, or aggressive behavior.
- When necessary, engage in self-defense, and defensive tactics (including take downs, handcuffing, restraining, or subduing an assailant).

- Act as a first responder during emergencies (medical, fire, criminal, natural disasters).
