Oracle FDI Developer/Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Business Discovery & Analysis

-Lead requirements for workshops with FP&A, Accounting & Procurement.

-Translating needs into well-formed user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Map KPIs/metrics (e.g., revenue, COGS, Opex, cash flow, AP/AR aging, PO cycle times) to source systems and FDI subject areas.

• Data Modeling & Development & Go live (Oracle FDI)

-Design and implement data models, pipelines, and semantic layers within Oracle Finance Data Intelligence (leveraging Oracle subject areas, views, and data products).

-Build/Configure reports, dashboards, and self-service datasets.

-Implement drill paths, prompts/filters, row-level security, and data

entitlements.

-Establish data quality checks & build/maintain documentation

-Conduct UAT and migrate in production environment

• Demos, Enablement & Iteration

-Run demos and showcases with Finance leadership and business stakeholders; collect feedback and iterate fast.

-Create playbooks and training (how-to guides, release notes, KPI definitions) to drive adoption and self-service analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Financial Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions with finance stakeholders including FP&A, Accounting, and Procurement
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs such as revenue, COGS, operating expenses, cash flow, AP/AR aging, and procurement cycle times
• Proven ability to design and build data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and self-service datasets within Oracle FDI
• Experience configuring drill paths, prompts, filters, row-level security, and data entitlements
• Knowledge of Oracle subject areas, views, and data products

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines, including Haas Turn Mill and Mazak lathes.
• Program lathes using drawings and job travelers to produce designated parts.
• Operate the Star Clip machine and perform secondary operations such as deburring, grinding, drilling, and tapping.
• Inspect parts for quality, take measurements, detect production flaws, and adjust or reprogram controls.
• Communicate effectively with Machinist Level III and Engineering regarding concerns or job changes.
• Recommend or approve supplies and materials necessary for lathe jobs.
• Serve as backup to the Machinist Level I to maintain workflow through the department.
• Assist with general facility operations, including equipment loading/unloading and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures and regulations.
• Stay current with job knowledge through training and educational opportunities, including conversational programming and TMA classes.
• Keep work areas organized and clean, including sweeping and general upkeep.

Education and Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a shop environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC turning equipment.

Physical and Skill Requirements

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
• Proficiency with basic shop tools, such as drills, hammers, screwdrivers, sanders, and saws.
• Ability to perform high school-level math, including decimals and metric measurements.

Commercial Diver

Perform tasks for the job as directed by a supervisor including but not limited to: setup and breakdown of all dive equipment, conduct tender and diver operations, perform regular duties a part of a dive team, surface work as required, working on and with boats, barges, forklifts, skid steer, welding and heavy hand-held equipment such as jack hammers, drills or other pneumatic and hydraulic driven equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Commercial diving operations at depth 5-120 fsw
• Fabrication of materials including welding, cutting, and drilling in the shop and in the water
• Operation of boats, barges and construction equipment
• Equipment maintenance and repair
• Ensure personal diving equipment is working correctly and is suitable for the planned dive
• Report any medical problem or symptoms experienced during or after the dive
• Ability to identify and report any equipment faults, other potential hazards, near misses or accidents

Expectations:

Responsible for coordination of care to meet identified needs of the patient/family. Supervises the management of patient care utilizing critical thinking and nursing process, discharge planning, resource identification, linking and scheduling patients with required services, monitoring care delivery, advocating for the patient, care planning and evaluating outcomes. Coordinates patient care across the health care continuum, and assists other team members with meeting individual patient needs.
This position may require flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) required. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered if enrolled in a BSN program with degree completion within 2 years of date of hire or date of transfer to an RN position. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 1 year of current experience in acute care area of expertise/equivalent service area required, 2 years preferred.
Must challenge and successfully pass the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum within 21 days of hire.
Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association

Preferred:
Current Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) or related certification

SKILLS:
Must pass or challenge the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum.
Must be willing and able to work in a face paced, frequently changing environment.
Must be willing and able to multi-task effectively to accomplish work assignments.
Must pass or challenge the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum
Must successfully complete a Code Blue Drill every 12months
Must complete initial and/or annual standardized procedures and competencies related to:
Management of Cardiac Emergencies
Care of the patient with Pacemakers/ICD
Application/usage and alternatives to restraints; appropriate documentation
Pressure Ulcer prevention and treatment
Hypoglycemia management
Universal Protocol
POCT for Bedside Blood Glucose monitoring
Regitine/Vitrase Administration
IV Admixture
Central line PICC line management
Wound VAC
Lift equipment

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
