Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Maintenance Lead based in Murfreesboro, TN.
The Maintenance Lead provides safety and servant-based leadership to achieve breakthrough production results on their line/ system. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for building capability in Operating Teams and Equipment Owners. The Maintenance Lead works to eliminate losses following a rigorous daily process that is data driven and focused on root cause elimination. The Maintenance Lead is accountable to improve the reliability of the system through ownership in defect handling, breakdown elimination and planning and scheduling. This position leverages the process discipline of continuous improvement tools.
The Maintenance Lead is the Planned Maintenance (PM) System owner for their lines. The Maintenance Lead will build capability in the Process Lead and Line Lead roles and must be able to cover their responsibilities in their short-term absence.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Leadership
- Build capability of the line team and technicians to understand their equipment at component level in addition to identifying and resolving defects and improving asset life.
- Analysis of equipment performance and improving component life.
- Leads portions of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly DDS meetings, including:
- Daily reporting and prioritization of defects found/ fixed as well as total backlog
- Daily reporting of breakdowns as well as initiation and execution of Breakdown Elimination
- Contribute to development and execution of the plan for the day
- Weekly BE dice chart overview and development of line team and technicians through sharing and educating BE learnings
- Weekly tracking and reporting of maintenance measurement data - Backlog, MTTC, PM Completion (Indicators of health of P&S system)
- Identifies and address safety risks related to maintenance activities (standard and non-standard) and prioritizing safety risks identified through DH. Includes maintenance work completed during planned stops.
- Deliver spring plan M/R Costs for the Line (Materials, Services, OT).
- Direct people leadership may be part of the role expectations depending on the organizational structure.
Foundational Systems
- Maximo data integrity and adherence to Maximo standards (or local Computer Maintenance Management System)
- Health of DH system: Leads documentation of standards, and coaches the Line Team and technicians through the identification, prioritization, and resolution of defects.
- Breakdown Elimination: Identification of triggers, tracking of BE's through dice chart, ensuring completion of BE's and implementation of countermeasures.
- Planning & Scheduling: Plans, schedules, and assigns all work (CM and PM) for the line prioritizing as it relates to addressing top stops/ losses. Including shutdown planning.
- Loss Elimination
- Supports development and leads execution of 90-Day improvement plan to deliver glidepath through loss elimination.

Description
As a member of the Maintenance team this role is responsible for effectively troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on CNC equipment including aligning equipment and reading schematics. Be familiar with milling and turning equipment. This role is an hourly (non-exempt) classified position.
Pay Range: $45 to $55 per hour
Position Requirements
- Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines
- Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines
- Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
- Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis
- Electrical & Electronic: Diagnose, locate and correct malfunctions of electrical & electronic system such as machine controls, recorders, servo/axis drives, servo motors, defective transformers, relays, contactors, fuses, sensors, etc.
- Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NIT).
- Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines
- Support with scheduling PM, reading report, diagrams and drawings
- Plan, layout, and fabricate replacement parts for major rebuilding of precision machine tools where set up and operation to exacting tolerances is required
- Plan methods required to maintain, test, repair, or modify various types of industrial electronic controls and systems.
- Analyze and coordinate resolutions of technical problems or assist when solving problems including contacts outside own department as required.
- Interface with manufacturers on line tech support when needed
- Ability to work overtime as required by Company
- Recommend improved work methods and procedures, assist in training employs

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience
- Must have solid mechanical background of maintenance experience working with CNC machines, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and programmable logic controls as well as having various electrical mechanical
- Must be able to read schematics and parts drawings, perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and facilities, and be proficient with the use of a multi meter.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Competence in shop math such as working with fractions and decimals.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer skills, MS Office program, and have ability to enter data in various software systems.

Lead the effective execution of all plant maintenance and assigned projects, in support of safety, quality and continuous improvement. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, efficient and effective use of all supervised craft resources
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Ensure compliance to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), National Electrical Code (NEC), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations

Your Experience and Qualifications

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Lead is essential for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our resort property with the added responsibilities of leading the department when a Supervisor, Manager or Director is not available. This role includes responding to work order requests, performing general maintenance tasks, and assisting with property upkeep, all while maintaining a positive guest experience. Associate Maintenance Manager
Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 pm to 3:30 am
HelloFresh is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the maintenance and reliability for our growing sites and equipment. You will take a hands-on approach to leadership, effectively engaging, motivating, and coaching team members. - Oversee M&RE-related processes including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment (forklifts), building, grounds, and overall upkeep of multiple buildings

- Provide project management support
- Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs

This is considered a senior level technician role. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will work with the maintenance team to maintain and repair conveyance, automation and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve reliability of our systems.

- Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
- Perform troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or vendors as needed for additional troubleshooting.

Support a leading U.S. plastics manufacturer by ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of complex manufacturing systems. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and on-demand repairs on production and facility equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues using schematics, meters, and diagrams on systems including AC/DC motors, gearboxes, compressors, drives, and pumps.
