The A&P Mechanic – G650 is responsible for performing high-level maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on the G650 aircraft. This position supports a VIP/ VVIP aviation environment that requires exceptional technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate has advanced experience with the G650 platform, knowledge of G650-specific systems and modifications, and the ability to maintain both airframe and cabin systems to meet elevated customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance & Repair
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the G650, including A/B checks, cabin systems maintenance, and Gulfstream-specific modifications.
- Conduct inspections and repairs on high-end interiors, cabin management systems (CMS), entertainment systems, lighting, galley equipment, and VIP-customized installations.
- Execute component replacements, SB/AD compliance, structural repairs, and configuration-controlled cabin changes per BBJ documentation.
- Support AOG recovery and rapid-response troubleshooting in remote or international locations as needed.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations, company procedures, and Gulfstream-specific maintenance programs.
- Accurately document work performed in digital maintenance tracking systems and aircraft logbooks.
- Review and apply service bulletins.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspections, major repairs, and return-to-service authorization.
Inspection, Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Perform detailed inspections of airframe, powerplant, avionics, and high-touch cabin systems unique to G650 configuration.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and built-in test systems (BITE) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct borescope inspections on LEAP-1B engines, APU troubleshooting, and avionics system evaluations.
VIP Cabin, Interior & Special Systems Support
- Maintain and repair VIP furnishings, luxury materials, cabinetry, and premium finishes.
- Troubleshoot and support Cabin Management Systems (CMS), satellite communications, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray/AV systems, and aircraft internet hardware.
- Work closely with flight crews and cabin staff to ensure the aircraft meets VVIP standards of comfort and functionality.
Safety, Quality & Operational Excellence
- Uphold the highest levels of safety, confidentiality, and customer service expected in VIP aviation environments.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes, reliability programs, and long-term fleet health monitoring.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow OSHA, company, and regulatory safety protocols.
- Coordinate with operations, flight crew, engineering, and supply chain for aircraft readiness and mission reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- 3–5+ years of experience maintaining G650 platforms.
- Strong experience with:
- G650 interior and cabin systems
- Digital maintenance platforms (AMOS, TRAX, CMP, or equivalent)
- VIP cabin repairs, CMS systems, and premium interiors
- Ability to read and interpret data, manuals, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Capable of working in high-standards VIP or corporate aviation environments.
- Must possess an active Secret (or TS/SCI) security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
- G650 Maintenance Training Certification.
- Prior experience with VVIP fleet operators, corporate aviation, charter, or government executive transport.
- FCC License, NCATT or avionics endorsements, or AET certifications.
- AOG experience with international travel capability.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Key Account Director (KAD) Sales - Oncology is responsible for the strategic engagement with Integrated Delivery Systems (IDNs), health systems, large group practices and high-volume HCPs to drive the launching, adoption and selling of the assigned portfolio of Celltrion USA, Inc. (“Company). This role is pivotal in executing market access strategies, fostering provider relationships, and ensuring successful product launches within the assigned territory. Other responsibility includes analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for business growth in assigned territory.
Territorial assignment is Washington, DC/Virginia Area.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Execution- Deliverplans and achieve sales goals on budget.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to key accounts and align with national objectives/local market dynamics.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within IDNs and large health systems to maximize biosimilar uptake.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of Celltrion USA products at a local level.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including formulary committees, pharmacy directors and clinical leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing) to deliver cohesive value propositions.
Collaborate with Market Access & Contracting
- With Market Access, engage in negotiations and manage contracts within key accounts to ensure favorable terms that support adoption
- Monitor and address reimbursement challenges working closely with internal teams
- Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze trends, competitive landscape and account performance
- Provide regular reports on key account metrics
- Collaborate with field salesforce as needed for pull-through
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, and the full life cycle of product launch and post-launch.
- Solid business acumen, including the ability to access and interpret company provided territory data to incorporate into call planning and execution.
- Both a team player and individual contributor.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing the team effectively.

EDUCATION

The Role
We’re a growing early childhood education company moving from founder-led operations to a real operating platform. This role owns how the business runs day to day across centers. You’re not here to babysit problems, you’re here to build systems that prevent them. Your mandate is to bring structure, consistency, and accountability to a business that impacts families every single day.
You’ll partner closely with the CEO, center directors, and functional leaders to create scalable operating standards that improve quality, compliance, parent experience, staff retention, and unit-level performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires time in centers, not just time in meetings.
What You’ll Own
- Own day-to-day operations across all centers and regional teams
- Build and standardize operating playbooks for center performance, staffing, safety, and parent experience

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Lead the Floor: Support daily operations, from managing the appointment book in Zenoti to ensuring every guest leaves feeling like a million bucks.
- Coach & Mentor: Use the IGROW model to help fellow stylists hit their goals and grow their careers.
- Keep it Clean & Compliant: You'll help ensure the salon meets all State Board and OSHA standards—because a safe salon is a successful salon.
- Marketing Pro: Help execute local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep those chairs full and the brand buzzing.
The "Must-Haves" (Requirements):
- The License: You must have a current Cosmetology license for the state where you're applying.
- The Commitment: This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
- The Hustle: You'll need the physical stamina to stand for long periods and the dexterity to perform all salon services with precision.
- The Skills: Previous leadership experience is a plus, but a great attitude, basic math skills (for inventory/cash), and stellar communication are non-negotiable.
- The Gear: Bring your personal equipment daily and be ready to rock!
