The Epic Clinical Systems Analyst III is responsible for the implementation, development, programming and overall support of the clinical systems. The Epic Clinical Systems Analysts III will work closely with the vendor and end‐users to develop and enhance the software to increase overall needs of the organization. They are also responsible for thoroughly testing all system upgrades, system changes prior to go‐live and work with the end‐users to test and determine the impact on workflow, reporting, etc. of the upgrade/change. The Epic Clinical Analyst III will be responsible for the coordination of test plans, engaging the end users in the development of test plans, documenting changes/updates to the test plan and making necessary changes to the system. They will act as a liaison between the end‐user community and the IT department. They will hold a leadership role among Epic builders by training new staff and giving guidance to other Epic builders. This person is capable of managing to a project plan. They are responsible for elevating identified critical issues or refer problems of unusual complexity to other teams or a manager of clinical applications. They are responsible for monitoring Magic queue and assigning delegates for work completion. They will lead cross functional meetings (invitations, agendas, facilitate meeting discussions, ensure follow‐ups, and provide minutes. Etc.)

• BS, BA in health care related field or business.

Experience:
• 5 years as an Epic Builder with progressively receiving more responsibility and management skills

The A&P Mechanic – Boeing 737-MAX 8 BBJ is responsible for performing high-level maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on the Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) MAX 8 aircraft. This position supports a VIP/ VVIP aviation environment that requires exceptional technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate has advanced experience with the 737-MAX platform, knowledge of BBJ-specific systems and modifications, and the ability to maintain both airframe and cabin systems to meet elevated customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance & Repair
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the 737-MAX 8 BBJ, including A/B checks, cabin systems maintenance, and BBJ-specific modifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair MAX-series systems, including advanced avionics, fly-by-wire spoiler systems, LEAP-1B engines, and modernized electrical architecture.
- Conduct inspections and repairs on high-end interiors, cabin management systems (CMS), entertainment systems, lighting, galley equipment, and VIP-customized installations.
- Execute component replacements, SB/AD compliance, structural repairs, and configuration-controlled cabin changes per BBJ documentation.
- Support AOG recovery and rapid-response troubleshooting in remote or international locations as needed.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations, company procedures, and BBJ-specific maintenance programs.
- Accurately document work performed in digital maintenance tracking systems and aircraft logbooks.
- Review and apply Boeing AMM, BBJ CMP, SRM, IPC, WDM, and service bulletins.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspections, major repairs, and return-to-service authorization.
Inspection, Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Perform detailed inspections of airframe, powerplant, avionics, and high-touch cabin systems unique to BBJ configuration.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and built-in test systems (BITE) to identify and resolve MAX 8 discrepancies.
- Conduct borescope inspections on LEAP-1B engines, APU troubleshooting, and avionics system evaluations.
VIP Cabin, Interior & Special Systems Support
- Maintain and repair VIP furnishings, luxury materials, cabinetry, and premium finishes.
- Troubleshoot and support Cabin Management Systems (CMS), satellite communications, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray/AV systems, and aircraft internet hardware.
- Work closely with flight crews and cabin staff to ensure the aircraft meets VVIP standards of comfort and functionality.
Safety, Quality & Operational Excellence
- Uphold the highest levels of safety, confidentiality, and customer service expected in VIP aviation environments.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes, reliability programs, and long-term fleet health monitoring.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow OSHA, company, and regulatory safety protocols.
- Coordinate with operations, flight crew, engineering, and supply chain for aircraft readiness and mission reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- 3–5+ years of experience maintaining Boeing 737 platforms, ideally the MAX series.
- Strong experience with:
- Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) interior and cabin systems
- LEAP-1B engines and MAX-series avionics
- Digital maintenance platforms (AMOS, TRAX, CMP, or equivalent)
- VIP cabin repairs, CMS systems, and premium interiors
- Ability to read and interpret Boeing technical data, BBJ CMP manuals, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Capable of working in high-standards VIP or corporate aviation environments.
- Must possess an active Secret (or TS/SCI) security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.

Position OverviewThe Residential Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating and closing residential roofing sales within an assigned territory. This role manages the entire sales process, from lead generation through contract signing, and ensures that every opportunity is properly documented in Watertight’s proprietary systems. Once a sale is made, the Territory Manager transitions the customer to the Watertight Customer Experience Manager, who manages the homeowner relationship through project completion. The Territory Manager is accountable for using a CRM for sales management, 3CX for all company communications, and upholding Watertight Roofing’s standards of professionalism and customer care.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution· Prospect, qualify, and close residential roofing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
· During the sales consultation, the TSM will conduct a roof inspection, prepare proposals, and present the roofing project scope to homeowners.
· Deliver contracts and secure homeowner commitment to move forward with projects.
· Transition customers seamlessly to the Customer Experience Manager following the sale to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
Sales Activity Requirements (LEAP) Lead Management· Update all new leads in CRM within 24 hours of being received.
· Accurately disposition each lead in CRM (e.g., Lead, Customer Contacted, Estimate Appointment, Proposal Sent, Follow Up, Not Doing Work, Waiting for Approval, Proposal Accepted, and Contract Signed)

Funnel Management· Maintain an active sales funnel equal to 3x of the monthly residential sales target.
· EX; if your Residential Monthly Sales Target is $125K, then your funnel must consistently show at least $375K in Total Contract Value (TCV)
· Proactively identify gaps in the funnel and work to generate new opportunities.
· Provide detailed notes in CRM for every customer interaction, including calls, emails, site visits, and updates on proposals.
· Ensure notes include the homeowner/property manager name, key discussion, points, objections, next steps, and scheduled follow-up actions.
· Upload all supporting documents directly into the CRM record.
Proposal & Job Disposition· All proposals must be generated and sent through Watertight’s internal sales tools.
· Once a sale is closed, update the opportunity status in CRM and transition the customer record to the Customer Experience Manager for ongoing relationship management.
Activity Accountability· Weekly review of assigned leads and opportunities within CRM
· Weekly review of funnel health and activity metrics with Sales Leadership.
· Maintain full compliance with company communication tools (CRM, 3CX, Email, Scheduling, etc.) to ensure visibility and consistency.
Results Expected· Meet the minimum Residential Total Contract Value gross revenue sales targets of $1.5M annually, with $125,000. In Total Contract Value gross revenue per month.
· Maintain 99.99% accurate opportunity management and dispositioning in LEAP.
· Ensure a smooth handoff of new customers to the Customer Experience Manager after each sale.

AVIATION RESCUE SWIMMER: CAREER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Aviation Rescue Swimmers are tasked with entering treacherous conditions to assist with rescue missions, humanitarian assistance, and operational support. One day you may be evacuating families on the other side of the globe amidst a catastrophic storm, and the next day rescuing the crew of a ship off the Pacific coast or saving a mountain climber hanging from an inaccessible cliff.
Depending on your role, duties may include:
- Coordinating with pilots as an Aircrewman aboard helicopters
- Saving the crew of downed aircraft, people aboard stranded or capsized vessels at sea, or hikers and mountain climbers in danger
- Rescuing civilians during natural disasters in collaboration with other forces such as the Coast Guard
- Delivering aid and supplies to other countries in humanitarian operations
- Providing support to Naval Special Warfare Operations
- Conducting surveillance in anti-submarine warfare and drug interdiction operations

Work Environment
As an AIRR, you will operate in almost every type of extreme environment and may be assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat (HSC) or Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadrons (HSM) sea or shore duty in any part of the world. You could be assigned to squadrons at Naval Air Stations and may deploy aboard aircraft carriers, surface combat ships and support ships.
Training & Advancement
Aviation Rescue Swimmers must be prepared to operate in any challenging environment. It's why two years of training in advanced swimming and lifesaving techniques, helicopter mission equipment and helicopter weapons systems are required before you report to your first squadron. Throughout training, candidates are continually tested mentally and physically as they advance to more rigorous and challenging scenarios.
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), those pursuing an Aircrewman role undergo the following training pipeline:
Aviation Rescue Swimmer School Prep Course (2 weeks) in Pensacola, FL.
Aircrew Candidate School (4 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, to learn Naval Aviation fundamentals, intermediate water survival, aviation physiology and advanced water survival.
Rescue Swimmer School (6 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, to learn search and rescue techniques.
Class "A" Technical School (8-14 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, learning one of the Aircrew Ratings (AWF, AWO, AWS, AWR, AWV).
SERE School (2 weeks) in North Island, CA, or Portsmouth, NH, to train in Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) techniques.
Fleet Replacement Squadrons (28-52 weeks) location dependent on aircrew rating in one of five locations (Jacksonville, FL, Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, Oklahoma City, OK, Ft Worth, TX) for basic flight and aircraft weapons systems training.
After graduation, an AIRR may be assigned to a helicopter command at sea or on shore duty in various locations throughout the world, Japan, Guam, Spain, or the continental US including San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA, Jacksonville, FL, Fallon, NV, Whidbey Island, WA, Key West, FL and many others.
Advanced Education & Training
Based on performance and the needs of the Navy, you could potentially be eligible to receive additional training in:

Education Opportunities
Members of the Naval Special Warfare community have any number of unique opportunities to advance their knowledge. Navy training provides skills and knowledge in everything from military tactics and small arms use to survival and a number of other tactical military procedures.
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy training in this field can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.
You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Qualifications & Requirements
No college degree is required to become an AIRR, but a high degree of difficulty comes standard with nearly everything you'll do. Training is tough and ongoing. You should be in excellent physical condition and a strong swimmer.
To qualify for Rescue Swimmer Training, both men and women must:
- Meet specific eyesight requirements: uncorrected vision no worse than 20/100; correctable to 20/20 in both eyes with normal depth and color perception
- Meet the minimum Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) score: VE+AR+MK+MC=210 or VE+AR+MK+AS=210
- Pass a PST in DEP/Boot Camp
- Pass Class 1 Flight Physical
- Be 30 years of age or younger
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance

The A&P Mechanic – G650 is responsible for performing high-level maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on the G650 aircraft. This position supports a VIP/ VVIP aviation environment that requires exceptional technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate has advanced experience with the G650 platform, knowledge of G650-specific systems and modifications, and the ability to maintain both airframe and cabin systems to meet elevated customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance & Repair
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the G650, including A/B checks, cabin systems maintenance, and Gulfstream-specific modifications.
- Conduct inspections and repairs on high-end interiors, cabin management systems (CMS), entertainment systems, lighting, galley equipment, and VIP-customized installations.
- Execute component replacements, SB/AD compliance, structural repairs, and configuration-controlled cabin changes per BBJ documentation.
- Support AOG recovery and rapid-response troubleshooting in remote or international locations as needed.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations, company procedures, and Gulfstream-specific maintenance programs.
- Accurately document work performed in digital maintenance tracking systems and aircraft logbooks.
- Review and apply service bulletins.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspections, major repairs, and return-to-service authorization.
Inspection, Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Perform detailed inspections of airframe, powerplant, avionics, and high-touch cabin systems unique to G650 configuration.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and built-in test systems (BITE) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct borescope inspections on LEAP-1B engines, APU troubleshooting, and avionics system evaluations.
VIP Cabin, Interior & Special Systems Support
- Maintain and repair VIP furnishings, luxury materials, cabinetry, and premium finishes.
- Troubleshoot and support Cabin Management Systems (CMS), satellite communications, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray/AV systems, and aircraft internet hardware.
- Work closely with flight crews and cabin staff to ensure the aircraft meets VVIP standards of comfort and functionality.
Safety, Quality & Operational Excellence
- Uphold the highest levels of safety, confidentiality, and customer service expected in VIP aviation environments.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes, reliability programs, and long-term fleet health monitoring.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow OSHA, company, and regulatory safety protocols.
- Coordinate with operations, flight crew, engineering, and supply chain for aircraft readiness and mission reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- 3–5+ years of experience maintaining G650 platforms.
- Strong experience with:
- G650 interior and cabin systems
- Digital maintenance platforms (AMOS, TRAX, CMP, or equivalent)
- VIP cabin repairs, CMS systems, and premium interiors
- Ability to read and interpret data, manuals, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Capable of working in high-standards VIP or corporate aviation environments.
- Must possess an active Secret (or TS/SCI) security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
- G650 Maintenance Training Certification.
- Prior experience with VVIP fleet operators, corporate aviation, charter, or government executive transport.
- FCC License, NCATT or avionics endorsements, or AET certifications.
- AOG experience with international travel capability.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data sensitivity for VIP aircraft systems.
