The Senior Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to C-Suite executives at AdaptHealth. Executive Support

  • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and prioritizing time-sensitive requests. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism. 
  • Coordinate and prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, presentations, and maintain organized executive files.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and the other EAs to ensure seamless support, workload alignment, and consistent communication across the C Suite.

  • Draft correspondence, route communications, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely flow of information. 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies.

Meeting & Event Support

Travel & Expense Management

  • Maintains patient confidentiality and functions within the guidelines of HIPAA.
  • Completes assigned compliance training and other education programs as required.
  • Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform various duties using hand or power tools, including staking, filing, trimming, sawing, buffing, drilling, sanding, and filling to facilitate assigned tasks. 

  • Sort, count, wrap, unwrap, and clean parts, tools, assemblies, or equipment as required. 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas by sweeping, cleaning, and picking up materials and parts. 

  • Move, pack, and unpack boxes, materials, parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.

  • Perform masking processes, including applying masking tape and protective materials to parts in preparation for painting or plating operations. 

  • Finish contoured and flat surfaces to required specifications using abrasive materials prior to and after painting, including hand touch-ups. 

  • Clean and service paint spray application equipment, including tanks, brushes, and hoses, after use. 

  • Review Work Orders (WOs) and drawings to determine work requirements and obtain necessary tools and specifications using online computing equipment. 

  • Operate and maintain the video jet marking machine, ensuring proper fluid levels and cleanliness of heads. 

  • Assist in the anodizing process by loading and unloading detail parts on/off the load bar and performing low-pressure tests on tubing. 

  • Count, load, and protective wrap finished production parts for shipment to the next operation, and log completed jobs into the Decac MRM system. 

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

  • Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs. 

  • Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting. 

  • Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants. 

  • Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.

As a Behavioral Health Care Advocate, you will be responsible for case management / care coordination of members on the SED and Autism Waivers. You'll have a direct impact on the lives of our members as you recommend and manage the appropriate level of care throughout the entire treatment plan.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make patient assessments and determining appropriate levels of care

About the Position

We are seeking a Geriatrics Physician for a 15-day assignment starting Jun 22, 2026, in MA. The selected Physician will provide dedicated care at assisted living facilities, managing ongoing illnesses, addressing higher acuity cases, performing new patient evaluations, and overseeing admissions and discharges with a flexible schedule of 5-6 hours per day.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • See all patients between two assisted living facilities at least once per month.
  • Check in with staff at the assisted living facility, reviewing notes from the previous day/night to prioritize patients needing attention.
  • Log all patient information at the end of each day.
  • Consult with the rehab team to share patient updates.
  • Perform initial evaluations for new arrivals, as this must be completed by a Physician.
  • Provide additional support for patients/residents' primary care.
  • Manage ongoing illnesses, including diabetes and hypertension, as well as higher acuity cases.
  • Address new patients arriving from hospitals who are rehabbing from various ailments/injuries.
  • Handle admissions and discharges.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/Gemini and Doximity is essential for efficient patient appointments and charting.
  • Collaborate with two Nurse Practitioners who will also be seeing patients.
