The PRIMARY ROLE of the Transaction Manager is to oversee the end-to-end transaction process and ensure a smooth, consistent, and high-quality experience for clients and agents. This position manages and supports the Transaction Coordinator team, maintains compliance and documentation standards, and ensures deadlines and requirements are met. The Transaction Manager works closely with other Transaction Managers, Listing Managers, agents, and leadership to maintain alignment, streamline workflows, and promote consistency across all transaction operations. TEAM LEADERSHIP
