Customer Contact Services (CCS) is seeking a Systems Administrator – Cloud Platforms responsible for the administration and operational reliability of the organization’s core infrastructure, cloud services, and system integrations.
This role manages systems across Microsoft 365, hybrid on-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra), AWS, and Azure environments, while maintaining network infrastructure and supporting system integrations across the organization. - Prepare 30 Cloud Security Assessment Packages per year, including validated cybersecurity controls, certifier's recommendations, and residual risk statements
- Review Cloud Service Provider (CSP) documentation packages, including architectural diagrams, System Security Plans (SSP) with Addendums, Readiness Assessment Reports (RAR), Security Assessment Plans (SAP), and Security Assessment Reports (SAR)
