THE ROLE

As the Merchandising Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients.
  • Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities
  • Translate the product story through creative visual merchandising
  • Lead the team to execute against Aritzia’s standards of product display and maintenance on the sales floor

Job Description:

This is considered a senior level/leadership role. As an Automation Technician, you will work with the maintenance team to maintain and repair conveyance, automation and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve reliability of our systems.   • Lead and educate compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards.

I. Global Programs Ownership

  • Global Job Levelling & Evaluation: Govern, and execute the global Job Architecture including job levelling and titling nomenclature. Lead the implementation and standardization of the job evaluation methodology used to grade and level all roles worldwide (VP+ down to Front-Line).
  • Pay Structure Development & Administration: Design, model, and maintain global pay structures and salary bands. Ensure pay ranges are aligned with the strategic market positioning.
