The Senior Process Control Engineer provides technical leadership and system expertise to ensure safe, reliable, and optimized operation of process units in various fertilizer manufacturing environments. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the Basic Process Control System (BPCS) or Safety Instrumented System (SIS) across ammonia, urea, nitric acid, shipping, and utilities units. The position plays a key role in implementing process control strategies, supporting capital projects, and sustaining compliance with PSM and functional safety standards.


What you will do:

Process Control & Automation

  • Serve as site expert for various Control Systems, include but not limited to: Yokogawa CENTUM VP, Tricon/CX, APACS/Quadlog, Siemens PCS7, WonderWare, Alen Bradly, Rockwell, Compressor controls, Woodward, Peak150/200, G11, and Bently Nevada.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize control logic, interlocks, and advanced control strategies to improve process safety, reliability, and efficiency.

What you will bring:

Role Summary

The Sr Mechanical Superintendent leads field execution of mechanical scope on mission-critical data center projects. The Role We Want You For

The Scheduling and Planning Manager builds and maintains the project schedule and the different baselines in accordance with Clayco’s policies, owner requirements, and the on-going analysis of the network logic and validation as it complies with the intent of the project team. As required by the project, updating cost and resource actuals may be required as part of the periodic progress update process.
