Steritec Products Inc., a member of the Getinge Group, manufactures sterilization and cleaning medical device consumables using ink technology. This Maintenance Technician III position is an on-site, full-time, non-exempt position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (with some flexibility).

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician III provides preventative maintenance and repair services at the Denver establishment, following manufacturers' instructions and utilizing knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment (as appropriate to position level). This position is primarily responsible for on-going maintenance, development, and upkeep of facility equipment and complex sterilization equipment.

Preferred skills include LabView maintenance and programming to interface with sterilization equipment, including sensors, actuators, and instrumentation devices.
In addition, this position is responsible for independently maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing sterilizers and other laboratory equipment, as needed.

Responsible for maintaining all the equipment in the facility, the facility itself inside and out, and miscellaneous maintenance duties as needed. Special emphasis placed on accurate record keeping for FDA GMP purposes with focus on maintaining accurate maintenance logs.

This role ensures estimates are accurate, competitive, complete, and aligned with company standards, execution strategies, and market conditions.

The Mechanical Estimating Manager provides technical leadership, mentorship, and quality control across the estimating team while supporting bid strategy, risk evaluation, and executive decision-making. Role Summary
The Lead Product Manager for the Enterprise Communications Platform is responsible for owning, evolving, and scaling the systems that power millions of customer touchpoints across email, SMS, and push notifications. This role drives the multi-year platform strategy, roadmap, and governance framework that enables Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, compliant, and coordinated customer journeys. This is a platform-focused product leadership role centered on technical depth, customer-centric thinking, and strong cross-functional execution.
 

Top Must Have Skills

7+ years of product management experience within MarTech, digital platforms, or customer experience technology
Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar enterprise communication platforms
Proven ownership of digital platforms or enterprise capabilities serving multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of data-driven communications, event triggers, and personalization frameworks
Experience operating within regulated environments (Financial Services preferred), including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/GDPR
Demonstrated success building A/B testing and multivariate testing capabilities into communication flows
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa

Responsibilities
Platform Strategy and Roadmap

Own the multi-year roadmap and enhancement backlog for Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Advance the organization from transactional messaging to integrated, multi-channel journeys
Prioritize scalable enhancements that support multiple lines of business
Balance long-term platform health, stability, and technical debt with high-impact capability delivery

Data and Architecture

Partner with Data Engineering to define event triggers, data structures, and personalization models
Translate business needs into technical requirements and clear acceptance criteria
Ensure the platform can support increasingly dynamic, real-time, and responsive communications

Governance and Standards

Establish standards for reusable templates, fatigue rules, and cross-channel frequency management
Define and govern data elements, event triggers, and communication logic
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory and privacy alignment

Execution and Adoption

Lead quarterly planning and backlog refinement across cross-functional teams
Monitor platform performance and identify optimization opportunities
Champion adoption of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer across the organization
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best practices
Serve as the primary point of contact for Adobe partnership discussions, including new product releases

• Own measurement for Supply Chain root causes (charter metrics); analyze forecast bias/error vs sales, store orders vs replenishment plan, on-hand adherence to minimum stock, and inventory sufficiency to plan
• Collaborate on Supply Chain dashboards and recurring reports to deliver daily/weekly sufficiency reports by DC, planned vs actual inventory variance, and consumption/forecast consumption accuracy reporting

• Prepare vendor/merch escalation analytics; develop evidence packages to trigger escalation mechanisms for vendor-related issues (service failures, MAP/allocation constraints, substitution/deactivation impacts)
• Support ORAD, OTIF transition; ensure new OTIF reporting logic is clean and can be ingested into the Executive Scorecard
• Support assortment/DC slotting analytics; analyze impacts of minimum store count thresholds on DC efficiency and shelf holding power
• Monitor data quality and parameter governance; identify item setup/system parameter issues and recommend controls to reduce manual overrides and improve new item forecast calibration

• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; strong SQL proficiency; R or Python preferred
• Experience analyzing forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and warehouse performance metrics
• Ability to translate complex supply chain drivers into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong data quality mindset and experience establishing measurement logic and governance controls
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Retail Operations stakeholders

Job Title: Senior Resource Planner (Manufacturing & Power Gen)

Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-site/Hybrid)

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Resource Planner to lead the optimization of our project lifecycle, from planning through commissioning. This is not a traditional scheduling role; you will act as a strategic advisor, auditing our current "Excel-centric" workflows to identify inefficiencies and architecting data-driven solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex power generation manufacturing and modern project management methodology, leveraging Power BI and AI tools to transform raw data into actionable executive insights for people and materials planning.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resource Planning: Review existing MS Excel plans and develop an all-encompassing resource and material view to ensure each project is properly staffed with acceptable levels of utilization
• Operational Audit: Analyze existing project management and manufacturing workflows currently managed in MS Excel. Identify "single points of failure," data silos, and opportunities for automation.
• Systems Architecture: Lead the transition from manual spreadsheet tracking to integrated project controls. Develop logically linked master schedules that account for manufacturing lead times and on-site commissioning variables.
• Advanced Data Visualization: Design and implement Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project health, cost control, and resource needs and utilization across the portfolio.
• Critical Path & Risk Modeling: Perform advanced critical path analysis and "what-if" scenarios for high-stakes power generation and automation projects.
• Cross-Functional Advisory: Serve as the lead technical advisor to Project Managers and Engineers, resolving complex scheduling bottlenecks and resource conflicts.
• Automation & AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and automate repetitive data entry tasks within the project lifecycle.
• Commissioning Oversight: Integrate site-specific commissioning phases into the master manufacturing schedule to ensure seamless handoffs and contract compliance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Analytics.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in forecasting, project planning/scheduling within Manufacturing, Power Generation, or Industrial Automation.
• Excel Mastery: Expert-level MS Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, Macros, complex modeling) are required, as you will be "deconstructing" the current business logic built into spreadsheets.
• Modern Stack: Proficiency in Power BI is highly desirable. Experience with AI-assisted project management tools is a significant plus.
• Technical Tools: MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus but not required.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate technical manufacturing constraints into clear, high-level business reports for stakeholders.
