About the Role:

Refactor Games is a AAA sports video game studio. We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5.


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Game Designer to design, implement, and iterate core game systems that define how our AAA European football video game feels, behaves, and engages players — across gameplay, modes, progression, and meta structures. You’ll work hands-on within Unreal Engine (Blueprints and scripting) to prototype, tune, and ship systems while bridging the gap between creative design vision and engineering execution.


In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, animators, UX, and production to ensure our football systems, from player mechanics to match-level logic, are robust, reusable, well-documented, and optimized for performance.

Experience:

What You'll Work On:

  • Implement gameplay systems using Unreal Engine Blueprints and gameplay scripting, ensuring fidelity, performance, and scalability across content.
  • Prototype new systems and features rapidly in editor and iterate based on feedback from design reviews and playtests.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define architecture, data flow, and scripting standards for game systems.
  • Tune system behavior for balance, player experience, and performance, using telemetry and designer instinct.

As a System Integration Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will work on a team with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, reporting to the system integration engineering manager. This is a small team of highly motivated people designing, testing, and flying advanced automated systems. We enjoy combining mechanical and electrical hardware and getting it onto an aircraft safely and quickly.

Responsibilities

In your role as a system integration engineer, you will get to own vehicle level projects through the planning, design, and testing phases of development. You will own a large breadth of projects from primary flight control hardware, data acquisition hardware, hardware in the loop testing, ground station development, and integration with the software and human machine interface teams. You will be responsible for guiding the schedule and sequencing of large integration projects with significant ownership of which aircraft functions are the highest priority to be integrated and tested on vehicle.

Basic Success Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent industry experience

  • 8+ Years of industry experience designing, integrating, and testing electromechanical systems

  • Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals

  • Experience using system design fundamentals

Position Summary

The Director, Quality Systems is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading the development, design, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with all applicable GxP regulations and client requirements and expectations.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Site Quality Management System and provide ongoing assessment of QMS effectiveness through Quality Management Review (QMR) and other established monitoring programs and processes.

• Identify, execute, and manage quality improvement initiatives to continually improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with applicable cGMP regulations and client requirements.

• Support the development of company objectives and ensure Quality Plan initiatives are properly planned, prioritized, resourced, executed, and evaluated for effectiveness.

• Direct the Quality Management Review process, including oversight of analysis and reporting of Quality System performance metrics.

• Identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities to inform the Site Quality Plan and inspection readiness strategies.

• Co-lead the Internal Audit program with the Head of Inspection Readiness, including oversight of audit schedules and ensuring appropriate follow-up in alignment with internal procedures, regulatory expectations, client requirements, and auditing best practices.

• Manage the CAPA system, ensuring root causes are clearly identified and addressed through robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and that actions are evaluated for effectiveness post-implementation.

• Establish and manage GMP training programs to ensure training requirements align with job functions and job descriptions.
