Software Analyst - (React Native & React)

Position Summary: Under general supervision, the role is responsible for completing analysis to solve complex business problems. The position may involve designing, developing, and/or maintaining programming code for complex information systems and may be responsible for a phase of a complex information system.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Prepare system requirements documentation.
• Prepare detailed design specifications.
• Ensure QA standards are met within project phase responsibilities.
• Execute problem discovery meetings to determine system/program problems and best solutions.
• Understand business rules and incorporate them into system logic.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
• Lead and facilitate design review meetings.
• Lead project team meetings depending on project team size.
• Meet with project management to determine estimates for scheduled tasks.
• Mentor other software analysts.
• This is an individual contributor role with no subordinates.
