What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Client is looking for a part-time Operations Specialist Contractor (10-15 hours per week) to support Auth0's Strategic Programs and Communications portfolio with consistent, high-quality backend execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work and can deliver accurate reporting on a reliable cadence.
You'll focus on data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple sources, program and data administration, and survey operations. You'll also look for opportunities to streamline recurring work through lightweight automation and thoughtful use of AI.

What you'll be doing:

Position Summary
Deliver comprehensive Procore training to field employees and project teams across active construction sites and regional offices. Develop and maintain training materials, conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, and support the deployment of Procore modules as part of the company's operating system initiative. Serve as a bridge between technology implementation and field operations by providing hands-on coaching, gathering user feedback, and ensuring all employees receive role-appropriate platform training. Primary Job Responsibilities
· Travel regularly to active construction sites and regional offices to deliver hands-on Procore training through group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and virtual platforms.

Qualifications

Associate Director, Online Learning Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Associate Director, Online Learning to join an Association in Washington, DC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will require you to work onsite three (3) days per week. As the Associate Director, you will work in conjunction with departmental leadership to implement the department’s strategic vision and oversight of the Division-wide online and blended learning initiatives and content development. The position requires experience in instructional design and education program development across different modalities, working closely with subject matter experts, procuring, and managing external vendors and partnering organizations, and measuring business impact and effectiveness of deployed learning solutions.
Associate Director, Online Learning Responsibilities:
- Support the Director in executing the department’s vision, strategy, and development of accredited online learning initiatives.
- Lead and support the instructional design team to deliver high-quality online learning programs that meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
- Recruit and collaborate with psychiatrists, subject matter experts, allied organizations, and internal stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop educational content.
- Manage the full lifecycle of online learning activities, including planning, development, launch, review, and renewal within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop and oversee project plans for online learning initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Ensure all educational activities adhere to accreditation standards, compliance requirements, and quality control processes.
- Track and analyze LMS data and program performance metrics to measure success, identify learner insights, and support strategic planning.
- Produce reports on Learning Center activity and provide required learner and program data to external partners and accrediting organizations.
- Oversee vendor relationships and external solutions to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and a customer service model that supports efficient team operations and stakeholder support.
- Manage the Online Learning Help Desk and escalation processes to ensure timely resolution of technical and user issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support promotion and outreach for online learning programs.
- Research and recommend best practices and emerging trends in online learning, instructional design, and digital education.
- Supervise and mentor the LMS Administrator and provide coaching and guidance to junior staff members.
- Provide administrative and operational support for committees and other departmental initiatives as needed.
Associate Director, Online Learning Qualifications:
- BA/BS and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with managing complex projects with demonstrated success in meeting deadlines, managing vendors, and managing related budgets.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; proven research skills to gather data, best practices, and points of view to ensure sound judgment.
- Experience working in associations industry is preferred.
- Experience with adult educational and/or healthcare programs is preferred.
- Excellent communicator capable of providing leadership to individuals and groups.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and shows attention to detail.
- Knowledge of how websites operate (i.e., databases, APIs, and content management systems).
- Demonstrated experience with computer-based and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools such as podcast platforms, Salesforce, HTML, Captivate, Articulate 360 suite of programs, Microsoft 365, Adobe Premiere, Vimeo, Zoom, GoToWebinar, and/or other graphic and media design/production tools.

What You'll Do:
The Training Specialist – Affordable Housing Operations plays a vital role in developing and delivering training to Wallick’s Affordable Housing associates. This role creates authentic, engaging learning experiences that build practical skills and change on-the-job behaviors by creating and delivering training in a variety of formats - including in-person, virtual, and computer-based training sessions. This position collaborates with operations leaders and subject matter experts to ensure that training solutions are aligned with business goals, operational realities, and associate development needs.
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or associate development, preferably in property management, maintenance services, or customer-facing operations.
- Experience creating and delivering training across diverse modalities (classroom, virtual, and self-paced).
- Knowledge of affordable housing operations, maintenance practices, leasing, or compliance is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SharePoint, and tools like Captivate or Camtasia is a plus.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; comfortable training in both group and 1:1 settings.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and training rollouts simultaneously.

Training Coordinator II Position Summary The Training Coordinator supports the design, delivery, and administration of enterprise-wide learning programs for a large, multi-state commercial roofing organization with approximately 15,000 employees.
This role ensures consistent execution of technical, leadership, compliance, and training initiatives across field, operations, and corporate teams.
The Training Coordinator works closely with operations leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and HR partners to coordinate logistics, maintain learning systems, track participation, and support continuous improvement of training programs that enhance workforce capability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Training Administration & Coordination Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for in-person, virtual, and blended training programs across multiple regions.
Manage class rosters, registrations, waitlists, cancellations, and attendance tracking.
Serve as primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Ensure training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant resources are current and accessible.
