Essential Functions/Skills Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Ability to maintain cost controls. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary changes. Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Having food service experience is a plus but not required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the State of Texas, BSN preferred. National certification (e.g. CCRN, RNC, CEN, CNOR, OCN, ANCC, CAN, CPAN, CFRN, etc.) in related field is preferred. Three years recent, full-time hospital experience preferred. Work experience in case management, utilization review or hospital quality assurance experience is preferred. Must complete a Clinical Documentation Improvement Course within specified time of hire date.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse is required. National certification in related field is preferred. Case Manager Certification (CCM or ANCC) is highly desirable.
A successful candidate will have successfully completed a High School Diploma or GED and experience in the area of criminal justice, social work, or counseling.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to empower program participants to make life-changing decisions by providing appropriate and specific evaluation, analysis and problem-solving techniques.
A successful candidate must have the ability to provide public access to or maintain confidentiality of department information and records according to state requirements, as well as work with a diverse group of people.
The hourly rate for this position is up to $20.35 per hour, based on experience.
This position requires flexibility as needed outside of business hours and possibly weekends.
