Laundry Ambassadors keep the park moving forward and the Entertainment Department clean and organized. We’re looking for self-motivated and energetic Ambassadors to fill this important position at the park. Laundry Ambassadors also make sure the Worlds of Fun Village is supplied and ready to greet our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with laundry operations for Entertainment costumes, Ambassador uniforms, and Worlds of Fun Village room laundry.
- Be able to work with laundry detergents, laundry chemicals, and change detergent containers as needed.

Overview / Objective:
Serve in an administrative role for event presentation and show production across the National Football League’s tentpole events, including the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, Draft, Scouting Combine, Hall of Fame, Flag Championships, and Kickoff. This role will focus on administrative strategy, logistics, and supporting our growing number of domestic events and international games.
The role will support key aspects related to NFL event presentation administration and logistics. Additionally, they will assist in the facilitation of game presentation across all 32 Clubs by engaging in ongoing discussions on optimal practices, innovation, and policies. This role requires an understanding of event presentation across sports/entertainment, with a detail-oriented and solution-based mindset.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and support key components for NFL Domestic & International Games/Events: content development, pre-event pageantry/game timeline, entertainment, creative development, production, and talent management.
- Play a key role in on-site presentation execution across all major NFL events, including Super Bowl game (and surrounding events), Pro Bowl, NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, the Hall of Fame
- Coordinate and manage all logistical assets and resources, including pre-production, on-site operations, and post-event breakdown.
- Maintain the application and consistency of logistics and operations planning across all NFL events to ensure scalable and repeatable best practices.
- Create and maintain event-specific logistics and operations manuals to drive efficiency, consistency, and sustainability.
- Manage the annual NFL event calendar from an operational standpoint to align timelines, track milestones, and deliver key information to all relevant parties.
- Manage operational purchasing workflows, including purchase orders, vendor invoices, and talent/vendor contracts
- Identify best-in-class content strategies and tactics through analysis of league event performance, club input, and external case studies, supporting the adoption of best practices across the League and the clubs.

Responsibilities:
~ Assist the characters with costume prep to ensure punctuality.
~ Be ready to answer all guests' questions.
~ Be atten tive to Looney Tunes characters , looking out for potential pr oblems characters may encounter .
~ Create positive and memorable experiences for all guests.
~ Interact with guests, team members, and supervisors on a daily basis.

We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused Guest Experience Supervisor to support the delivery of the hospitality program at AT&T Stadium for the FIFA World Cup™. This role will report to the Guest Experience Manager, and will focus on on-site execution, staff supervision, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless and premium guest journey.
The Guest Experience Supervisor will play a key role in implementing hospitality operations, supporting access control procedures, assisting with guest services execution, and ensuring readiness across hospitality areas at the assigned venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Venue Manager and Guest Experience Manager with on-site execution of the Hospitality Program.
- Supervise assigned Guest Experience staff during match days and event operations.
- Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers to ensure services are delivered according to established standards.
- Assist with implementation of hospitality services across lounges, VIP areas, and designated hospitality spaces.
- Support access control procedures, including guest tier verification and zone monitoring.
- Ensure hospitality areas are operationally ready prior to match kick-off.
- Assist with the distribution of hospitality gifting and staff uniforms.
- Support execution of approved entertainment activations within hospitality areas.
- Serve as an on-site point of contact for Guest Experience staff and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Support guest feedback collection and post-match reporting.
