Job Summary
Provide analytical support and data generation for daily chemistry testing activities related to raw materials, in- process and finish products. Perform all testing in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with approved GMP documents (test methods, Specifications, SOPs).
Chemist I
Essential Functions:
- Inspects components, products and/or processes to ensure conformance with standards.
- Executes laboratory procedures for sample preparation
- Performs materials analysis of substantial variety & complexity using ARx test methods, compendia methods, specifications with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all analytical operations comply with cGMPs & ARx procedures and all laboratory experiments are properly documented in notebook and are in accord with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to routine USP water and environmental testing.
- Works with minimal supervision/direction in expediting completion of laboratory assignments.
- Abide by the ARx Laboratory Chemical Hygiene Plan and other safety policies. Maintains a safe and clean work environment, notifying the supervisor of unsafe practices, conditions, or acts; L-II takes on increasing responsibility for surfacing and implementing improved safety practices.
- Responsible for following all applicable waste handling procedures.

- Completes required paperwork / documentation accurately, neatly and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the proper disposal of hazardous waste into the proper labeled containers and drums.

Job Specifications:
- BS (or higher) degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or closely related discipline and 0-2 years lab experience (preferably pharmaceutical GMP) or requires high school education and 5 years minimum lab experience (preferably pharmaceutical GMP).
- Knowledgeable in the application of various analytical techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy; thermal analysis and wet chemistry techniques desired.

Job Summary
Electrical Controls Engineers at client design, program, implement, troubleshoot, and improve our electronic control systems to better automate, control, and monitor our production processes. The Electrical Controls Engineer applies comprehensive electrical engineering skills and industry experience in support of the design, fabrication, and implementation of new equipment. They need to be proficient in a variety of logic control hardware, HMI’s and programming software, as well as the associated sensors, vision systems, motors, drives, actuators, and industrial communication networks. They are responsible for writing, troubleshooting, and modifying our ladder logic programs that control the way our equipment operates. They further provide expert-level troubleshooting support on existing automated equipment as a backstop for our maintenance technicians. Depending on the complexity of the equipment needed, they may additionally serve as the project lead for an entire piece of automated equipment, and thus may also coordinate activities for internal mechanical designers and/or external contractors to deliver a turn-key piece of production equipment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and program new and/or upgraded control systems for our manufacturing equipment to be used on both new and existing products.
- Provide tier 3 troubleshooting support to maintenance technicians on particularly difficult equipment problems.
- Define and document requirements for new control systems and control system upgrades.
- Mock-up prototype equipment and control systems in order to evaluate the ability of designs to achieve their intended purpose.
- Prepare design review documentation to facilitate peer and leadership review
- Document control systems using control schematics, electrical diagrams, panel layouts, and through meticulous software program comments.
