Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Systems Health & Integrated Diagnostics Engineer (Level 5) to join the Reliability, Maintainability & System Health team in Berkeley, MO.

You will lead the development, integration, verification, and delivery of System Health models and comprehensive health-management capabilities that ensure safe and reliable mission execution. This role encompasses systems engineering, RAM (reliability, availability, and maintainability) modeling, supplier collaboration, and cross-disciplinary leadership.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team to design, develop, test, and deliver Integrated Health Management (IHM) and System Health models using Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Cost (RAMC) tools and best practices.
• Translate customer requirements into compliant system-level health architectures and verification plans.
• Drive systems-of-systems trades and analyses to optimize system health, reliability, maintainability, availability and lifecycle cost.
• Coordinate and verify supplier deliverables (models, test evidence, requirements traceability) and lead supplier technical reviews.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software, diagnostics, and avionics integration teams to ensure consistent system health implementation.
• Define, manage and validate requirements; create and maintain requirements traceability, risk and opportunity registers, and test strategies.
• Plan and execute validation & verification (V&V) activities for internal, supplier, and contract/product specifications.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to MQ-25 and other Air Dominance programs on health management topics.
• Mentor and develop team members; communicate technical progress and risks to program leadership and customers.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 14+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 3+ years' experience with cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Hands-on experience with health modeling and integrated diagnostics approaches and tools.
• Strong systems engineering skills: requirements development/management, V&V, and trades analysis.
• Direct aircraft maintenance or sustainment experience.
• Familiarity with RAMC toolset and related reliability modeling packages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D piping plans, sections, and isometrics using software like AutoCAD.

Develop and update piping & instrumentation diagrams and line lists.

Build CAD models for equipment and new piping systems based on field measurements.

Prepare, transmit and expedite shop drawings, catalog cuts, samples and other submittals for approval. Maintain logs for all.

Coordinate design activities with the project management team to resolve layout conflicts.

Prepare construction document packages.

Conduct QA/QC reviews of all drawings to ensure technical accuracy and code compliance.

Perform field surveys, including manual dimensions, to gather data on existing site conditions.

Provide technical support to construction personnel and fabricators during installation.

Assist in preparing material takeoffs (MTOs) and bill of material (BOM) estimates for procurement.

Helps track project schedules, budgets, and change orders.

Required Skills

Associates in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. With 3–5+ years in piping design or mechanical construction.

Mastery of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.

Knowledge of SpoolFab Piping Software is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.

We are looking for a skilled Building Engineer to perform technical and mechanical functions for the purpose of operating property plant and equipment to achieve maximum energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, and engineering services to the building and its tenants. This person will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of all assigned buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all EPA, OSHA & ASHRAE rules, requirements, procedures and industry and Company safety guidelines.
• Perform all necessary preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control and building management systems; conduct monthly maintenance inspections as assigned and completing them on time
• Conduct site inspections to include roof, mechanical & electrical rooms as assigned
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, and preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Communicates effectively and clearly often with facility managers, tenants, vendors, employees, and visitors
• Provides recommendations/guidance on equipment upgrades and facility improvements
• Daily local travel between assigned properties
• Maintain a neat, clean professional appearance at all times, repair or replace worn or stained uniforms as needed
• Maintain an inventory of all tools, equipment, and vehicles issued.
• Interact with client/tenants in a professional manner
• Immediately inform Regional Operations Manager of any problems.
• Assist in coordinating the completion of any construction projects.
• Assist in natural disaster recovery efforts
• Must be able to read and write English in order to understand manuals, procedures and written instructions
• Must be comfortable in using mobile device or laptop to access work order system, building systems, and use email
• Handle other duties as assigned

Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:

• Training and certification in HVAC or Operating Engineer technologies and/or job-related training and experience
• 2 years of field experience or equivalent technical training
• CFC training and certification or ability to obtain certification for the type of refrigerant serviced, preferred
• Continuing education in field
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with routine supervision
• Basic computer skills necessary to operate Building Automation Systems
• Familiarity with OSHA, NEC and NFC codes and regulations

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring administrative, contractual, financial and technical aspects of the assigned project(s) being executed. Senior Project Engineer will be reporting to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent.

The Senior Project Engineer will supervise a team of skilled Project Engineer professionals who support departmental and organizational goals through their efforts.

Job Responsibilities includes (but may not be limited to):

• Assists Project Manager and Superintendent in the management of construction projects, which involves cost control, expediting, quantity take-off, scheduling and safety.
• Develop peer constructability review of design documents.
• Develop, input and update project schedule as directed.
• Assist with the coordination, development and accuracy of the project estimate, budget, revisions, cost coding, and prepare cash flow charts.
• Analyze changes to contract documents, i.e. Owner Change Order Requests (CORs), Subcontractor Change Orders (SCOs).
• Review revised cost reports with Project Manager and assist in establishing final costs.Attend and participate in monthly job reviews.
• Work with Project Manager to perform a thorough and objective bid analysis using all applicable components.
• Prepare subcontractor Schedule of Values and monthly owner billings with Project Manager and Project Superintendent.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management of Engineering or related field.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Viewpoint or similar) and Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
• Apply a complete and proficient understanding of construction management, engineering, safety, scheduling, estimating, budgets, costing and procurement.
• Analyzing and interpreting data.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership, detail oriented, problem solving, initiative and teamwork.
• Proven ability to fulfill project development to project closeout responsibilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing project team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and coordination of electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and local building codes.

This role requires strong experience in electrical design for commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects, along with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support projects through design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical design drawings and layouts including power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, grounding, and communication systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Perform electrical load calculations, short circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations, and coordination studies.
• Ensure all electrical designs comply with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and Massachusetts local building codes.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and mechanical engineering teams to integrate electrical systems into overall building design.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and electrical equipment specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction, including responding to RFIs and assisting with site inspections.
• Prepare technical documentation, including electrical schematics, panel schedules, and design specifications.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site visits with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S. or equivalent).
• 7-8 years of experience in electrical design for construction, commercial buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for electrical design and documentation.
• Experience with electrical analysis software such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA standards, IEEE guidelines, and Massachusetts building codes.
• Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with field teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
