This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives by providing outstanding customer service. This position is also responsible for promoting a safe and productive work environment for all Team Members, customers, and vendors, as well as training Team Members on the appropriate application of policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Member Services Representatives (MSR) are the first point of contact for our members' primary contact with the Alliance for both routine and complex member issues with the goal of delivering excellent customer service to our customers. The position is responsible for answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Respond to all communications coming into Member Services in the form of email, fax, letters, chat and phone calls. Timely responses to all member communication are essential. Must effectively prioritize and flex the workload as new communication and tasks are submitted. Identify the caller's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives whenever possible. Accurately and consistently document all conversations in the electronic database. This position is a liaison between the plan, the provider network, and other community agencies. The MSR positions are flexibly staffed classification and work is expected to be performed minimally at the MRS II level. However, the initial selection will be made at the entry level MSR I. Our more advanced level position of the series is the MSR III who will be required to perform a variety of complex matters.

Member Services Representatives are under the direction of a Member Services Supervisor, Manager and Director, and service our members through our call center as well assisting other departments with responses to member issues by initiating communication between departments to ensure action, cooperation, and compliance of managed care operations.

Member Services Representative I

This position which requires the ability to work as a team player within the Alliance and with external contacts, make sound judgments based on analysis of information, be an effective communicator, active listener and balance advocacy for the member with the policy provisions such as plan policies, EOC, regulatory guidelines, and DMHC/DHCS rules and regulations. The MSR provides courteous, professional, and accurate responses to incoming inquiries regarding network, plan benefits, eligibility, authorizations, plan services and guidelines, as well make decisions with the goal of ensuring member satisfaction and retention. The MSR performs a variety of complex functions and is also responsible for maintaining accurate and complete inquiry/grievance records in the electronic database. Maintains compliance with DMHC regulatory requirements and DHCS contractual obligations. MSR I staff who demonstrate proficiency in meeting, maintaining and exceeding principal performance objectives and metrics may be eligible to be promoted to a Member Services II or III role. Description

The Scientific Computing & Data group at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) accelerates scientific discovery by supporting a high-performance computing and research data ecosystem. This includes a data commons and two clinical research data warehouses: one for ISMMS and one for the Kidney Precision Medicine Project (KPMP), a multi-institutional research consortium ( ) funded by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). Both warehouses use Microsoft SQL Server and the OMOP Common Data Model.


The Lead Data Warehouse Engineer is a senior technical specialist responsible for leading development, maintenance, and operations of these research data warehouses. The role collaborates with warehouse team members and research stakeholders to expand functionality and integrate new data sources. Data transformations are built in Transact-SQL stored procedures, with SSIS used for orchestration.


Responsibilities

  • Design databases and pipelines that balance functionality, performance, cost, and development time; evaluate technical options with the product manager.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using T-SQL stored procedures, SSIS, and SQL Agent; apply metadata-driven design for extensibility.

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking multiple Machinist Assemblers Precision to join our Machinist departments in either Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA.

Machinists in this position participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of various production and research projects. Using a variety of precision machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, EDM, CNC and milling machines) to support aircraft engineering and production groups.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform bench work (e.g., drilling, honing, tapping, reaming) on production and experimental parts, as required
  • Assemble parts using rivets and bolts with correct tools such as rivet squeeze, lock bolt puller, rivet gun and bucking bar, power screwdriver, or ratchet per engineering requirements
  • Lay-out, plan and sequence machining operation
  • Analyze and interpret drawings, sketches, blueprints and verbal instructions to determine work to be performed on detailed precision parts (e.g., aircraft castings, fixtures, tools, shop aids)

Boeing Engineering & Technical Innovation is seeking talented individuals to join our Integrated Vehicle Systems team as a Senior Flight Engineering Manager to lead our Aerosciences team based in Hazelwood, MO and will require periodic travel to engage with cross-site teams, functional and business unit stakeholders, and customers.

This individual will manage and lead a team of talented engineers responsible for ensuring state-of-the-art development, application and transition of tools, methods and technologies across Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), applied aerodynamics, aero-acoustics and flow control addressing strategic capability needs from Boeing Commercial and Defense business units. The successful candidate will develop and maintain an expert, diverse team that supports Boeing’s one-company culture by collaborating with business units and functional partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Sets strategic direction, growing and managing a portfolio comprised of internal and external research & development and business unit support.
  • Provides resources, removes roadblocks and empowers team to ensure technical excellence within budget and schedule constraints
  • Provides oversight of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Interfaces with other organizations, internal/external customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and successful execution of portfolio priorities, plans and project completion.
  • Serves as the Lab Manager for a Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD computing lab and an Advanced Aeromechanical Control Effector Systems (AACES) lab.
  • Determines staffing resource requirements, acquires talent, manages redeployment as necessary.
  • Works with subordinates to establish and evaluate employee development and performance.

This position is onsite in Hazelwood, MO and offers relocation assistance.

Qualifications

This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors of Science degree from an ABET-accredited university in a relevant engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Flight Engineering disciplines (Boeing specific occupation code “6E”)
  • 2+ years of related technical management and/or technical leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of engineers and leaders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Ability to provide set strategic direction, provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Abilit to manage, develop and motivate employees
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Advanced degree(s) from an ABET-accredited university in engineering program with a research and technology focus.
  • Flight Engineering technical experience in one or more of the following areas (Aerodynamics, Aerothermodynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Acoustics & Vibration, Flow Control)
  • 2+ years Flight Engineering management experience
  • Experience working with BDS programs and team members within Air Dominance; Phantom Works; Vertical Lift; Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems and/or Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers.
  • Strong leadership skills & the ability to motivate and hold people accountable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills working cross functionally across teams.
  • Proven ability in strategic decision-making to drive organizational success.
  • Experience in building and developing organizational talent to enhance team performance.
  • Strong track record of sound fiscal management in overseeing projects.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, fostering teamwork and partnership across the enterprise.
